I requested for the repair of the subject tv, which was taken by customer support centre khanpur new delhi 110062. To be returned back after change of back light. Yesterday i had a phone conversation with the service center informing of some additional defects which were not existing in the set. I was informed that the set can work with a line on the screen. They were to come and install my tv after repairs. You kept us waiting for the whole day in our house. We tried to contact you many number of times but unfortunately numbers given on the service slip kept on ringing without any response. This is very unprofessional and is least expected from a company like samsung. Please look into this professionalism from your service centers.
