[Resolved] Samsung India — A5 16 screen display has black patches | |||||
I bought an Samsung A5 16 on august 2016 and its been since then the screen is displaying black patches. It was not over a month but the phone is still kept . I went to the service center for free replacement as under the warranty but the service station officers are not ready to listen my complaint and is asking for rs 9000 . so I complaint at the Samsung store but its been over 8 months but no reply so I gave to a shopkeeper to fix the display problem with charges of 7000 .I wan buy any Samsung devices further bd sell this soon Was this information helpful? | |||||
