[Resolved] Samsung India — A7 submitted in Service centre but parts not available

Have submitted by Samsung A7 for touch screen change in Okhla service centre but they are struggling to get the parts from Samsung. I assume A7 is a latest model so am worried why this lack of service in terms of parts delivery. Feeling helpless as being your customer since last 9 yrs.
