[Resolved] Samsung India — a70 mobile handset | |||
From the very first day, I am complaining to Samsung regarding the speaker issue of the phone. After raising the concern on cosumer forum and giving the handset at service center asking for replacement. A person from Gurgaon HO (Sandeep Singh) called up and given me an assurance that they are giving me the phone after software upgrade.However, if the problem persists they will take every possible step to replace it. Speaker issue still exists, but now neither he nor anyone is responding to my emails. They have given me in writing that they will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. No one in samsung value customer satisfaction and give faulty products to customers and no one is ready to take responsibility of same. Was this information helpful? | |||
