Samsung India — about new 5 in 1 convertor refrigerator | |||
I bought the new refrigerator in may 2017 from s g distributor, modipuram, meerut with the facility of 10 yrs compressor warranty & specially i had confirmed with the salesman about their gas problem then he had said that this was also included under the warranty. Now since yesterday a problem persist & then a locked a complaint in samsung. An engineer just came & checked the refrigerator in two minutes & then he replied that "i had checked now & their is a problem in their gas & o[censored] want to resolve the issue then we have to pay rs 2000/-". Today i will not be able to send an engineer for refilling the gas and tomorrow we have our holiday so an engineer will come on monday for refilling. I had asked him why i would pay when our fridge is under warranty. My point is why would i wait till monday our material is getting damage day by day.
