Respected Sir maine Samsung Galaxy J7 Max 14.11.2017 ko shivam trading co.wadi Nagpur se kharida tha August 2018 ko handset girne ke vajah se band ho jane ke karan maine Authorized Samsung Service Center M/s Spectrum Marketing Dharmpeth Nagpur ko out of warranty ke pahile bataya to Spectrum Marketing Dharmpeth ne 9902/- ka kharcha bataya and free repair nahi ho sakta aise bataya but handset warranty me tha and itna jada amount paid nahi kr sakta to maine coustomer care se batchit ki and bataya ki itna costly new mobile kharidneke bad samsung co.kiski warranty deti hai and mera communication id hai [protected] so meri Samsung company se itni hi request hai ki handset repair karke ya to replace karke de.
