Hello.my name is anop.I am from pindwara, dist-sirohi.Rajasthan.I bought Samsung galaxy j7 on date of 7th may 2016.my cell back button is not working on 12th may 2016.I went to service care sirohi.The Samsung care sirohi guy dnt know how to talk a cutomer.He is saying that u hav to pay 1500 next time.He has not manner to talk people.He is chewing tobacco. Honestly it's very bad experience to me.it's my first time I buy Samsung phone.
