[Resolved]  Samsung India — AC 1.5 ton condenser not working

Dear Sir,

As i inform you that I have purchased the AC 1.5 ton in April-13 & from last year on wards we are facing the problem regarding the cooling so we thought that gas has been completed so we fill up it but the problem was repeating.
So I call your service executive for the solving the problem then he has given the return complaint which is attached.
My complaint to your executive that it has not been completed 3 years how the compressor got problem & not working then he told that aluminium coil has been used in place of copper.
Why such type of bad quality u were using & for the repairing charges he told Rs 9000/- will be charged & he ensured only 3months of warranty with using same quality product.

This type of bad quality & irresponsibility of work is not acceptable.

Sir, I want immediate action & treat the matter most urgent.
