Defective product backed up by the worst service ever!!!
I bought a new A/C and within 2 months of purchase I have had 4 issues and to get a technician I have to wait 2 days each. The customer service and the service teams are so pathetic and they treat you like beggars. They lie about callback and never follow up on my complaints. I warned them if they don't address my problem I will go legal and they have said that they can't do anything so I'm going to go legal now as they think we people are not scared and they can walk away with our hard earned money.
They lied on my face that the machine is working fine when it is not. They sent some uneducated tech to fit the machine and they goofed up so that cooling stopped completely due to gas leakage within 1 week of installation. From then on it has been a nightmare with ineffective cooling, water leakage in indoor unit and pathetic untrained inefficient customer and service delivery teams who lie on your face and make you wait for two days for their mistake in goofing up installing the new A/C.

People who have suffered mentally with the neglect and the worst customer service, lies, pathetic skills, no respect for the customer, you need to support me as I'm planning to sue Samsung. If required, all of you victims would have to back me up. I shall attach excerpts of my email exchanges with the service teams so you can see how they treat their customers.
