I want to file complaint against the service engineer and service centre for complain number [protected]. The engineer was so rude and behaved so bad, He informed me that few parts have to be replaced and he has reported to the centre and parts will come soon and my ac will be repaired. but when i called the customer care after 20days, they informed me that there was no request for spares. is that way my ac ia going to be repaired? when i called the service centre, he was not responding at all. I trust samsung. I want a strict complaint to be filed against him and the centre. Was this information helpful? | |
