Sir i am surendrafrom jodhpur i have purchased a split ac (1.5 ton)from samsung dealer audio gallery on 17th april 2016 and it was installed by your service engineer on 18th april 2016.
On the 3rd june evening the ac giving problem of not cooling so i launched a complaint to your call center (call no-[protected]) on 4th june morning.
A engineer from your support center on 6th june and after checking the ac situation he says that because of installation fault the acs gas has leacked so this is a matter of installation fault and problem will be solved by dealer engineer next day dealer engineer came and says that dealer will not solve this problem and it will solved by support.
The real matter is that who will pay for gas feeling because this is under warranty,
i am suffering between them for supports and no one is giving the support so plz do the needful so ac can work properly. Was this information helpful? |
