Samsung India — AC not working - bad quality | |||
Dear sir This is to bring to your notice that the split ac purchased from you on 1-4-2015 is not upto the mark. Since the time we have purchased the cv we are faiing numbers issues and we are hardly able to use the ac. The ac is nosey and cooling is bad. We have faced major cooling problem. 3 time there was gas leakage in the outdoor unit. Now the 1 year warranty is going to end in 31 march and the samsung team says it will not be extended. There can only be limited warranty which will not cover most of the defects. Kindly take the ac back and refund us the money asap. In continuity to the above menace the Mr. Avdhesh Patel came from the Extended Warranty team of Samsung. Since I was in a meeting the agent refused to wait for even 10 Min and left in hurry saying we have many customers to attend so can not wait. I really hope not to but any products of Samsung specially AC.
