[Resolved] Samsung India — Ac stopped working in 3 yrs of purchase | |||||
I have purchased samsung ac in may 2014 and it stopped working in three years and even after 4 complaints the service people couldnt even understand the problem until i called the customer care repeatedly and literally begged them to fix my AC and they are charging rs11070 to replace the condensor and for this it took 1 moth 15 days to get them to say this.pathetic product pathetic service.why do they even manufacture such product and dump it on the indian consumer and make them face such mental torture.any person buys an ac so that it will help the in the scorching heat in the summers and samsung punishes its customers with horrific service and unskilled technicians and besides charging an arm and a leg for a spare that only costs a fraction of what they say.i guess thats how the service centres survive.
