[Resolved] Samsung India — after sales services not provided efficiently | |||
Model number rs552nrua7e/tl & serial number 0cz94abh300124b) was not cooling efficiently as earlier. I didn’t want to get into any further issues and hence i raised a request on 13-july. The reference number was [protected]. Post which, there is no proper service provided, with false hopes. Also, they have damaged the refrigerator by adding wrong sensor and wrong placement. Been trying to deal with this since 13-july, 2018 with no solution until now. None are responding to calls on follow up by us. It is a paid service since the refrigerator is 3 year old.
