I had registered my first complain regarding non-cooling of my split samsung ac bearing model number:ar12fc5uaebnna and serial number: e209ppid900072f with samsung customer support executive on 10th may, 2016. Service center technician visited my place two days later and told me that there is a leakage in the condenser and it needs to be replaced and since the i did not get any response from the service center. Today morning again i called up the help line and asked the status of my complain. The have given the customer id [protected] and the ref. No. Is [protected]. After raising the issue today, i got a call from the service center and they told me that i have to pay for the new condenser. The warranty for the condenser is 3 yrs. This is really very ridiculous. How can they charge for the condenser, when the condenser is under warranty? I don’t expect this type of attitude from the service center of such a reputed brand.
