Hello, My name is mohit saini, i live in pilkhuwa (Hapur). I have purchased samsung air conditioner, i am very disappointed with its service, it was not properly installed in my room and i have already login the complaint four times but not respond. The ac is not working properly no service is being given to me. The service quality is very poor. Can anyone take a look for my problem. Thank you!
