[Resolved] Samsung India — air conditioner | |||
Dear team, it's hardly been three months since we bought an ac from samsung. It won't cool anymore, when called a tech for the first free service he says that its coil is dead. We of course picked this brand for it's name. We aren't happy with the technician taking the unit to replace it with new coils. We trust a brand and purchase products. This is definitely not a solution. I want you to provide a replacement with new warranty period.
