[Resolved] Samsung India — air conditioner

Dear team, it's hardly been three months since we bought an ac from samsung. It won't cool anymore, when called a tech for the first free service he says that its coil is dead. We of course picked this brand for it's name. We aren't happy with the technician taking the unit to replace it with new coils. We trust a brand and purchase products. This is definitely not a solution. I want you to provide a replacement with new warranty period. It's very disappointing, was just a waste of time having the technician

Updated by Kridha The technicians have taken the unit with them now. Someone by the name Roy had called but couldn't talk to him clearly. He was asked to call back but no call yet. Please call on the number [protected] urgently on this
