[Resolved] Samsung India — airconditioner 1.5ton not cooling | |||
Dear sir/Madam, My mobile number registered in samsung care -[protected]. I have registered issue for not giving cooling my Ac from 4th jun itself & engineer visited twice but not able to identify the issue. Am repeated following with samsaung care to send experienceed engineer but customer care saying engineer will visit today or tomorrow. But while calling engineer he is not responding properly. Am very much fade up with samsung service. Even today I called but same issue no response. Dear team pls help to resolve my issue or else guide me what step to be taken.
