Samsung India — amount debited twice against online order[protected] | |||||
I was trying to order an AFC charger from Samsung Online Store on 1 Nov'2017. I selected UPI as a mode of payment and the amount Rs. 799 was deducted from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. I had to reorder that charger and this time the transaction was successful with the help of a credit card. The first amount is not refunded still despite following up for more than 2 months. I have a confirmation from bank that the amount has been credited in merchant's account and samsung is not refunding the amount now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
