      I've purchased the samsung a70 mobile on january 16, 2020. On second day of purchase i found a burn lines on screen.. N gave it to service centre and they seemed to have changed the mother board and told they cannot replace the mobile. After that i'm facing constant issues with power on button and usb connection issues and also excessive battery draining over this charging port issue. All these seems to have very poorly made product with heavy damage. Since i'm paying emi for the same device and frustration is heavy due to current economical conditions. Kindly requesting you to help either to replace with new device or refund my money!!

          Keys and battery.

          Again during february, the phone stopped working, taken it to samsung service center and they had factory reset it and said some software update was made.

          Soon after, every 5 days, the same problem is occurring and i had done factory reset 4 times times till now, losing my data all the times.

          Not withstanding the above problems, the phone automatically gets restarted every day.

          I can't predict when it restarts.
          While talking also, it suddenly restarts.

          Having spent 76k for the phone and 6k for additional warranty, i feel miserable why i had purchased such a phone.
          I really feel sad my self for landing in such a situation

          Purchased the SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS phone during November.
          The phone got completely blocked I.e NO switch was working around 10 of January.
          The service center people said, the keys on left side got blocked and they said, they have replaced the screen, left side keys and battery.

          Again during February, the phone stopped working, taken it to Samsung service center and they had factory reset it and said some software update was made.

          Soon after, every 5 days, the same problem is occurring and I had done factory reset 4 times times till now, losing my data all the times.

            I purchased this s20+ 3days earlier and the phone is getting heated most of the time even if i use the camera it's heating up have used lot of galaxy devices but the experience with this phone is very bad even while 10 minutes of charging is getting heated last generation devices are performing better than this i would like to return this device immediately as i think i have made a bad investment.

                              Model number rt26fajyasa/tl/2013.in nov the fridge got shutdown, so i called the helpline and the executive visited and found out the compressor had failed. Since it is under 10years warranty, i got a new one within a week. But due to mal pratice and company policy, i am the one to pay for the gas which had to be filled in. While doing so, the executive noticed a leakage in the top condensor coil under the freezer panel. He suggested that rather than changing the whole condensor, there is a better idea to seal it with some industrial glue. For which he took some rs. 1000/- plus the visiting charges.
                              Within a month there was some other problem, so i called the helpline again. This time some other executive visited and notices that now the back panel of the freezer is faulty. He suggested rather than buying from the company at an expensive rate, he will give me the same panel at rs. 3000/-. So in the next few days he arranged for the panel and fitted and guaranteed that now no more will there be any problem and that i should contact him personally rather than the company helpline, so he gives me a better deal.
                              It's hardly been 3months now and again the fridge is giving problems, there is no cooling and the food is getting spoilt. And the whole country is going through such a grave problem. I have trust issues with samsung and the service executives for being disloyal and not at all trustworthy in providing genuine service.
                              I no longer intend to spend on services, which doesn't guarantee any durability.
                              Just want to bring to notice this wrong doing, which is highly unprofessional and totally wrong ethics towards customer, to take them for a ride.
                              Hopefully you will look into such matter to maintain good company values.

                                    I have canceled/refused the order for samsung galaxy s20 ultra order #[protected] around 24th march 2020.

                                    It has been almost a month but, i didn't get any confirmation for the refund.
                                    I can understand that, they are having limited resources available due to covid-19 situation. However, i just want a confirmation or assurance that my refund will be credited by end of this month or what is the current status of my refund???

                                        I have purchased samsung a51 on 21 feb 2020 its not even been 5 days of purchase, my phone was hanging/lagging. I thought it was malfunction and it would be fixed after updating the device but it didn't. I wanted to light on some of the problem i m facing while using the device 1. Suddenly samsung keyboard got freezed while using.2. Instagram application got crashed. 3. Home screen application disappeared while calling. And much more. I have also given complaint regarding this to samsung india. Due to lockdown i m unable to visit the store.

                                        By mistake i have marked it as resolve. The company have not taken any step. I have filed fresh complaint with much more details. I m replying to this message very late because i was waiting for lockdown to get relaxation so service centre can get permission to operate.. i have visited to nearest service centre they took my device on 26th may 2020 and told it will take 2 days of time and said there is software issue in this device and can be fixed by coordinating with quality team.. on 28th May, i got call from samsmg service centre stating to collect my device.When i went to service centre to take my device first they asked me to sign on acknowledged of service that my issue have been resolve and i m satisfied with the service then after only they have given my device back when i examined my device there was same software problem for which i have given my device. samsung told me there is software failure issue in this model devices(A51) and will be fixed within 15 as quality team is working on it. I m very much disappointed with samsung. Without proper quality check why samsung is launch device after device for sure to make profit not think about about customer. After getting my device back i have called to Samsung helpline and I have requested them for replacement, but the answer was within 14th days of purchase the device is eligible for replacement as per Samsung policy. What a shame Samsung i have given complaint on 21 march within a month of purchase. Don't Samsung maintain customer complaint data base. i got call from samsung only after i have filed complaint on online consumer forum. Samsung promised to help me out after lockdown but the reality was far away different. When i have spoked to helpline person he was like if your device get any problem though it is defective producr if the customer is giving complaint after 14th day of purchase or request for replace Samsung centre only service the same defective piece though keeping in knowledge it is a defective product. Till now i didn't got any response on my 2nd complaint because i have given every evident of videos and pics proves that this device have problem.
