Electronics, national shopping complex, amritsar, punjab. There are many customer who says that they are not purchasesamsung mobiles in future. That a. A electronics owner and staff not care customer. And speak roudly with all customer i am very faddup from your service centre please visit your service centre and listen all customers views

    I regret to inform you that repeatedly my mobile model no. Sm-a800fzdeins
    Serial no. Rz8g80j33dr ([protected]) not working inspect of fevers time we repair by our service center : [protected] - orion communications, 85, mehta house, office no. 207.
    Vasco-goa. 403507. Since now also my mobile is not working & i am getting handycaft in my office. Therefore there is no other alternative i request to replace my mobile immediately. I am waiting for your positive reply.

      I purchased my refrigerator 2 years back. Since then it was working properly. From last few weeks i was facing some issue with cooling but i was not able to find out out the reason behind it. But in the morning i felt that there is no cooling at all. I think it is a compressor problem but not sure. Kindly try to resolve it asap as it is the great need of time.

        Sir/ madam
        I have honour to submit for your kind consideration and necessary action. I purchased Samsung refrigerator model no RR19H1104SE/TL, index no. 414021 and invoice no. 099770 on 24 May 16 through Indian Naval canteen services from the dealer Sri Sai Saravani enterprises (Dealer name Mr. Jagdish, Mob [protected]). Unfortunately after 45 days on 9th July 16, i noticed approximate 02 sq. ft area on the right side outer wall of refrigerator found bulged out/ deformed. I reported the same matter to samsung helpline and registered the complaint bearing no. [protected] on 9th July 16. A mechanic from Samsung service center visited my house MINAR-7B Mahavir enclave at Mundemvelli, Kochi on 12th July 16. The mechanic told me that it is a manufactured defect and is beyond his capacity to rectify. He further told that he will forward the matter to Samsung and the Dealer for further action and took photographs of the defect.
        As no action is taken by the dealer or by the Samsung, I again contacted the dealer and Samsung helpline on 19th July 16 & 08th August 16 complaint no.[protected] and Samsung permanent account no. [protected] on 10th august 16 but have not been responded till date.
        Since being the permanent customer of Samsung and having full faith in Samsung services and system, this time i am feeling unsatisfactory and cheeted by this product.

        In view of the above, It is requested that favourable action may be taken at our end since it is a matter of safety for me and my family as it is risky to keep such defective appliance at home. Your response is highly awaited in this regard.

          Given to service center when i got the screen overlay error, , they had done something and given back to me problem was initially solved but next day morning i found the same issue so again given to same service center, , same happened again so 3rd time given to same service center, they done something and given back again same issue occurred. So i called him he said "sir please call customer care and ask them to provide solution as we don't have any solution"


          i called customer care for 2 times they also have no solution.

              Samsung took my hard earned money ..


              I bought a samsung J2-2012 on 10th of july, just day of its launch. Just after using few days I started facing the problem in its charging. The charger would only connect at a particular angle and adjusting the charger pin at that particular moment every time would take irritating time and so thought to submit my phone in service centre for repair.( Service Centre Bill Number : [protected])

              After submitting the phone in service centre in noida D-1, Sector -3, Service Centre informed me that there is a problem in motherboard not with the pin. This happened due to moisture in the phone and it will cost rupess 6300/-. Before submitting the phone was working, only the thing which was not working was charging pin. If the fault is in the motherboard how can the phone be working. It is a motherboard not a key pad in key board that if one pad stops working rest will keep on working.

              Since I had submitted a working phone, I asked my working phone back. Samsung which had always been saying that the phone was never working, checked my phone infront of me whether the phone was working or it. And yes the almighty GOD was with me, the phone was working. During the entire process I clicked the photographs to make a note of the fault of samsung and get a proof of my phone to be working at service centre as it was always denied by the Samsung Service Centre. The picture attached shows my phone is working, and samsung says it has fault in motherboard and was not working.

              Now Samsung refused to return my phone unless I delete all the pics. They say that it is illigal to take photographs in their service centre. The entire environment got heated up and the manager started forcing me to go to the coference room ( by forcively holding my hand). To avoid any further harashment and frustrated conversation I left the service centre without my phone as they were not ready to return my phone. My phone is still with them and from last ten days I am phoneless.

              It was my hard earned money by which I had bought the phn of Samsung . It is just like stealing the money from your pocket. Indias always keep their new phone as a baby.

              Samsung Did not return by phone because I took their photographs of holding my working phone. How legal is this? and did it not return..

              Phone was not covered in warranty, if samsung feels it is correct why they cant give this in written. I get the written bill, written Service letter but why not about voilation of warranty ?

                Delaying the service

                Hi, i have submitted my defective samsung j5 mobile to samsung service center andheri on[protected]Bill no [protected]). They are delaying the service and so far on[protected] i have not got my mobile back.in service center they are continuously saying part is not available with the company so we cant do anything.                   Have a problem in my samsung microwave model number mc28h5145vk/tl. Date of purchasing 16 th january 2016. The machine is under free servicing. The machine is working but the glass plate which rests within it is not rotating as the rotator at the base is not rotating. So are unable use the machine completely.                     Its really embracing and shameful for a multi store retail outlet like Kohinoor to provide such shameful and pathetic service.

                    Please go through my appended email, wherein I have raised several complains for Samsung refrigerator purchase from your thane outlet in April 2016.

                    In 5 months this is the 4th complain which I am raising, (on an average 38 days) each complain, do you all think that I purchase this refrigerator to run behind you all?????? is that the reason I paid INR.28, 000.

                    Please note as a customer I am higly disappointed with the services of Kohinoor, as they have provided me with a defective and third graded product.

                    I, in my email dated 04-Aug-2016, have asked Kohinoor for an replacement for the refrigerator, for which there was no response, you have just resolved the query by sending the engineer who was only able to resolve the issue on a temporary basis.

                    Keeping all this in mind, in case you are unable to resolve my problem by replacing the refrigerator, I will be forced to formally launch a complain in consumer grievance court against Kohinoor for the defective product and pathetic service provided.

                    Hope that you will not enforce me to take such a vital step as this will have an impact on your company's reputation.

                      I have purchase samsung j 7 on 25/10/2015, in july 2016 i faced problem in its display, so it was hand over to dealer in khopoli, raigad from where it was purchase. It was given to samsung service center in vashi on 12/7/16. It was check and found display need to be replace, the spare were not available, it was inform that they will give the new box pack mobile handset, it was approval on 20/7/2016, and ask to wait for fifth teen working days.
                      Sir till now more then twenty five days i have not received any replacement and still they are asking me to wait for eight days more.
                      Sir i am facing more problem because of not having mobile and can not wait any further. Pl look in the matter and grant me the refund as i can immediately purchase new mobile.
                      As inform i have wait for for then twenty five days, i will not except the delayed replacement and requesting to grant the refund at earliest.

                        I bought the samsung galaxy grand prime 4g mobile device in august 2015. The very next week the problem started with the display of the device. A bar showing sim 1/sim2 and brightness comes and gets stuck on the lock screen. So many times i had taken it to the service centre and they had done so many os reinstallations, motherboard replacements, etc. But nothing could solve this problem. At last 3 months back the service centre executives accepted that the device is not repairable. They offered a replacement or refund. Since then i have been waiting after handing over the device and necessary documents to the service centre at kodungallur (Ginger care). Today is 15th of august 2016. Still i get a reply from samsung that they are studying the issue! I dont know the logic of such a loooong study if the device is not repairable. Hope someone takes some initiative to end this study and make arrangement for replacement or refund.

                          Mine is a long story of dissatisfaction. Let me try to sum it up.

                          The dates are approximate. If you open my case no. [protected] you will find all the details.

                          On around 18th march the fridge section of my side by side refrigerator stopped cooling. The freezer section was working fine.

                          On making complaint service engineer (?) visited and took one minute to announce that the gas has leaked. (Which i did not understand given that freezer section was working fine)

                          On 22nd march another service engineer visited and filled the gas and also changed some relay. I was charged inr 2313/-

                          Fridge worked ok for 3 days and on exactly 4th day the cooling again stopped.

                          On making complain on 26th a new service engineer appeared said something about fan being jammed because of ice and did defrosting and again the fridge worked for 3days. On 4thday again it stopped cooling

                          On the next complain a new engineer visited on 31st and changed another part (Worth about 250/. I am forgetting the name of the part-) and finally the fridge was ok.

                          I believe that the gas filling of my refrigerator was not required because if that was the case my fridge would have started working after the refill and subsequent problems would not have happened. It was the last part which was changed which finally solved the problem. So is gas filling being done because service centers make money out of that. Many a calls at the call center for refund were of no use.

                          Now again exactly after 4 months now the deep freezer section of my refrigerator has stopped cooling. Complain no. [protected].

                          The complain resulted in visit on 9th aug by service engineer number one again, who again promptly announced that the gas has leaked and needs to be refilled. When i demanded to know why should i again pay for gas refill in 4 months i was told that they have a guarantee of 3 months. I again lodged a complain at the call center saying i will not pay till somebody senior from the samsung speaks to me. I was assured a call back within 24 hours, which never happened.

                          On 10th nobody came for gas refill and i didn’t receive any call from samsung. I again called the call center and was informed that my case has been accelerated or escalated and somebody will call, which again never happened.

                          On 11th service engineer number two appeared. Filled the gas and said that relay also needs to be changed, which he by chance was not carrying

                          On 12th another service engineer appeared changed the relay and demanded about 2200/-. I refused to pay because i had not received a call from samsung. The engineer called up his back office and made me speak to his supervisor. The supervisor told me categorically that if he knew i was not paying he would not have serviced my fridge, that he had nothing to do with the company or my communication with them and that he wanted his money. He threatened me that he will not service my fridge if i had a problem in future.

                          My questions

                          Is the product is so bad that the gas gets leaked every 4 months (On a four and a half year old refrigerator) or engineers are so bad that they can't diagnose the problem or the service station are so busy minting money that they are not bothered about the samsung image, customer or their problem. I am totally convinced that gas leakage was not the problem both times over.

                          Do you need to change 'relay' every time you fill gas or are these both (Gas refilling and changing relay) means of making easy money by the service station

                          Last time over one mr vivek shukla claiming to be from samsung had told me that no refund will be given as gas filing was justified, this time a written communication to him has not produced any reply.

                          Lastly is this samsung service?. If i can afford a side by side refrigerator, i can surely afford 2000 odd rupee in repairs, if applicable. I am surprised at the casual approach of your employees or that of your associates. I am sure you understand for me they are samsung and all their actions are tarnishing your image. One goes to a authorized service center to get assurance of proper service not to get cheated.

                          I am again facing the same problem of Deep Freezer not cooling. Will somebody senior please intervene and send somebody who can diagnose the real problem.

                            Dear sir,
                            1) i had purchased a samsung air conditioner vide invoice no.1293 dated 07/04/2014 [model: ar18hv5nbwk serial no. indoor: oaykpdcf102436 outdoor: oaylpdof100019] from blb international, r g baruaroad, near punjab national bank, guwahati (assam) – 781005

                            2) as per the terms and conditions laid down by the company, the airconditioner had an overall warranty of 1 (one) year and 10 (ten) years warranty on the compressor.

                            3) there was a cooling problem of the airconditioner and a complaint was lodged over phone and was rectified on 25/07/2015 for which i made a payment of rs.1800/- vide invoice no.695 dated 25/07/2015 to m/s bramm, chilaray nagar, h. n.0 03, chilaray path, opp hub, bhangagarh, guwahati-781005.

                            Again, unfortunately the air conditioner stopped cooling on 12/08/2015 and contacted the same service station. on 18/08/2015 i was told that there is some problem in the airconditioner for which i have to lodge a complaint in the centralized samsung customer care centre.

                            Eventually i lodged a complaint with the samsung customer care [[protected]] vide ref no.[protected] dated 19/08/2015.

                            A technician turned up on 20th august and was not able to rectify the problem. a different technician was sent the next day and after checking the unit he said the fault was with the pcb of the unit and needs to be changed. he said a spare pcb will be available only after 10 days after almost 10 day the technician came with a new pcb and changed it with my old pcb in 5the ac unit. the technician fiddled with the ac for almost the whole day and couldn’t rectify the problem even after changing the pcb, then they took away the both the outdoor and indoor unit to their workshop. then they called up to say that there is nothing wrong with the pcb and the fault lies with the compressor. they said a new compressor has to be ordered from noida and will take another 1 week to arrive. during his period, i made numerous call to samsung customer care centre, samsung service centre, bhangagarh, guwahati including senior officers of samsung customer care department. after one month they came back with the a/c and installed it. within a couple of days the a/c again malfunctioned and they finally took the a/c back in the service station on 09/10/2015.
                            Again after numerous consulation one mr gautam adhikari asm, samsung and mr raj adhikari, they promised me a refund of the a/c after deducting the depreciation value and they suggested me to buy a new a/c to cope up with the hot condtion. subsequently i bought a new samsung airconditioner dated 08/10/2015 vide invoice no. sc2481.
                            But to my utter surprise one fine day after 3 months mr raj adhikari from the samsung service station called me to inform that the refund of the a/c will not be possible.
                            Till date i. e.15/08/2016 the air conditioner with all the accessories are kept in the service station and no communication is further made with me.
                            The details of my mobile call records will be provided separately as and when required. after so many discussions with them, i could only get false assuarances from the officers concerned and my issue is not yet resolved.
                            In this regard, i would like to request to look into my case on priority basis and do the needful.

                              I have purchased samaung galaxy mobile last 5 months before, i got an earphone complaint i got it replaced by service centre, bt nw i got a complaint in mobile, one day on 26th july approx in the eveng i kept for charging and unpluged after 2hours and used the mobile it was quite well .and all the sudden i found that small dot and in the early hours of the next day i took it to samsung service centre in gajuwaka, he checked the mobile and simply said that display has been broken, i asked him how could you say that diaplay has been broken, he said its a liquid damage internally, we cant make it resolved take to the city service centre, i just left away tht place, but one thing if that service centre dosent look of the problem for what reason tht service for, adter one day i took to samsung service centre in maddilpalem he to said the same please take to the other service centre i got angry and asked him for what reason you have kept this service centre, then he gave help line number of samsung he said that if the samsung people agrees to replace in warranty then ill replace i spoke to the executive i said the same, samsung dosent provide warranty for physical damage, if it is a physically damaged there ahould be a crack on the screen .but there is nothing, he is giving sum 10% of consideration to replace the screen, again after sum 2days i took my father and uncle n same service centre that day my mobile completly got blank screen and showed him the mobile as a new customer he checked the mobile and he was not sure that weather the screen got broke or not he took inside one closed room and came aftr 5mins then he showed me sum liquid..till then there was no liquid bt all of the sudden with in 5mins what happend i dosent knw the liquid came out, i asked the executive what happend he said internal crack, i asked him how can you say its a crack, he said if i open tbe mobile the screen automatically geta broken, ok fine it broke automatically ill replace with my money please open infront of my eyes, he said no we wont open infront of you, i said then hw would i knw weather it has broken automatically r you hav broken it, he said me we wont open in such a way, i said him that ill complaint in consumer court, he said that to do what ever you want, i want my samsung a7 2016 screen to be replaced in warraty, because this is not my fault.
                              Samsung is making such substane quality, and providing the worst quality of service.
                              This is the second mobile i am facing this problem in samsung .

                                  I bought a samsung galaxy note 4 more than a year ago. After the year completed i was getting ganging issues. Then suddenly the problem auto on off have been emerged. I go to samsung mobile service centre and they just said we don't what's the problem is all about so you replace your motherboard. Without examining what's the problem is all about they just said replace your motherboard which costs rs15000/=. Just after a year you have to spend 15000 after buying 60000 phone.
                                  Moreover, the staff at samsung mobile service centre also not cooperated with me. I asked them to talk to their senior and they didn't do so.
                                  I advise everyone not to buy samsung mobiles because if you have a problem in phone they will not gonna help you. Also after the warranty period is over the samsung phone is having lot of problems.

                                    This is in regards to the samsung refrigerator model rt42k5558sl purchased from reliance digital prabhadevi on 29/05/2016 at 20:27:07 (Time).

                                    The refrigerator since the time of installation has had a cooling issue. The installation engineer assured us that since it was a new installation it would take time for the refrigerator to start cooling and reach maximum performance.

                                    A few days after that a complaint was registered with the customer support and we were instructed over the phone to empty the contents of the refrigerator, remove the water from the tray at the back and shut it down for 4 hours. We had to use the neighbours refrigerator after requesting them to store items that were perishable if kept out of the refrigerator for long. After the entire process (Which was 6 hours long) the refrigerator was reloaded and started.

                                    Within 24 hours the water re collected and caused the refrigerator to stop cooling and in turn caused multiple items to rot and rendered them unusable. Another complaint was lodged (# [protected]) on 28th july 2016 and an engineer was scheduled for site visit within the next 24 hours. 48 hours later there was no engineer neither a phone call from anyone. We again called the samsung service centre and posted a message on the samsung india facebook page and referred the complaint number, further to which we were given a new complaint number (#[protected] told that there was a mixup for some reason in the assignment of the service centre which was in another area altogether. This was despite the customer service having the correct address on record, which clearly states the area as well. We were assured that the engineer would give a call before coming in to schedule the time accordingly.

                                    An engineer mr vikas gangaram from the worli service centre was assigned to our complaint. He landed up at the apartment without any call or prior appointment, completely opposite to what was assured to us by the samsung customer service representative.

                                    My maid was the only one present at the house at the time of the engineer visit and out of desperation to get the refrigerator fixed we had no option but to let the service engineer enter our house which posed a huge security risk.

                                    Post the visit, a few days later mr vikas called us up and informed that the cooling was definitely an issue and that the company had redesigned an internal board due to multiple refrigerators having this issue and he would like to come and replace the faulty part.

                                    We refused the change of the part as we believe that an appliance should not be repaired within 2 months of purchase but the company should as a matter of fact offer a replacement of the appliance for the same. The engineer informed us he will report this matter back to the company.

                                    A day later we received a feedback call from one of the representatives at samsung and we were asked about the visit and update on what the engineer told us. We told the representative about how we wanted the appliance to be replaced and not repaired. The next thing the representative tells us is to call the store from where we purchased the refrigerator from and ask speak to them. This was the most random thing we have ever heard where the customer has been asked by the manufacturer to approach a third party store for resolution of an issue.

                                    We had no choice but to keep cleaning the collected water in the tray behind the refrigerator, despite doing this a lot of food items got spoilt in the bargain causing mental stress.

                                    Reaching a point of frustration we lodged another complaint with the customer care in which we mentioned the entire scenario and applied for a replacement or refund of the appliance/money.

                                    We were told the process for replacement was a different one and that a senior engineer would be assigned to our job. A few days later the same engineer mr vikas called and told us that all complaints are diverted to their service centre and that he already knew of the issue and would update the same back to the company once again.

                                    Post this complaint there was no resolution till todays date (I. E.. Sunday 14th august 2016) almost 3.5 months since rigorously following up with the complaint.

                                    Today we have placed another complaint for replacement (# [protected]) and we have again been assured a senior engineer will come and look into the matter.

                                    This entire process has been stressful and a mental trauma and has caused us a lot of loss due to food getting spoilt every week. We have had to use the neighbours refrigerator for items that we could not afford to loose.

                                    I fail to understand that a big international mnc like samsung who has been in the industry for decades has such poor quality of service and customer care. And that the appliances are of such low quality manufacturing that the are defective and do not live up to the samsung mark, a company which boasts of its quality worldwide.

                                    Resolution:

                                    We would like to get a full refund of the refrigerator and a compensation for the mental trauma that we have been put through for this and the amount of food that has gotten spoilt due to the refrigerator not cooling to the minimum optimum temperature.
