I have purchased new samsung core model. After 2 days its touchpad not working, when i gone to shop from were i purchased they said it can be now handled by samsung care. I have gone to care centre and they said it required software upgrade and they done. But another day same problem occurs. I asked for change of phone and they refused and said that it can be checked more and after that it will replace, My question how i believe that the model i purchased which is giving problem in 2 days will go long and that shop owner how he said that after purchase they will not give support. Pl. do the needful to change my phone set.

    Now I have only one month to end up warranty period of my mobile. Before 11 month worth Rs. 17,000 I bought gt s 7562. from 2 months It has some problem, But to show it for service center I have lost its bill receipt. I told the dealer to take some charge from me and prepare a duplicate bill but he isn't. The shop is at Nashik MG road, His name is Imran Shaikh. He is behaving with me as a rude person so please help me. I went to district consumer forum But they said we want some receipt so I knew that they are not interested to help.

      Please provide as mI own a Samsung Galaxy S Duos – GTS7562 Handset since 1st Feb 20013. Since the purchase I am facing a problem in it. I already visited several times to Samsung Service Centre and details are as: Service Centre Visit details: 1. 23rd Feb 2013 – (Job Sheet No – not available). 2. 12th March 2013 – (Job Sheet No – not available) 3. 23rd March 2013 – (Job Sheet No – not available) 4. 20th April 2013 – (Job Sheet No – [protected]) 5. 8th May 2013 – (Job sheet No – [protected]) 6. 28th May 2013 – (Job Sheet No – [protected]) 7. 12th June 2013 – (Job Sheet No – [protected]) Now again problem occurred in it and again they recommended me to visit service centre. There is no permanent solution to my problem with Handset.

        I have purchase Samsung full auto front loading washing on 14.01.2007(model no-R1043 EW/XTL) from Munna Electronics,Hazaribagh,Jharkhand.Due to abnormal sound I inform samsung customer care ,complaint reg no-[protected] dt-05.07.2013.Service engineer came to my house checked machine and said there will be rust in drum and to clear the rust they took my machine at service center,After two month back they get back machine in my house after replacing washing drum,PCB Kit,Hose valve,but it is show an error in display board-"H 1",I have inform several time but till date it is not OK.           I had ordered (Order Number: 1174924) a Samsung Tab 2 from the Samsung India Store on 26 Aug 2013 at Rs.15057. Till date neither i have received the product nor any information on the product. I discussed this issue with the customer care department and they assured me to resolve the issue within 48 hrs, but the issue remains the same. No action has been taken to resolve the issue and no information regarding the same has been provided to me. To resolve the problem i visited to the below mentioned authorized service center, SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER, Ameerpet, Apollo Pharmcy Enclave, Opposite Chandana Brothers, Ameerpet, Hyderabad - 500016. [protected][protected] I visited on 03-Sept-2013 and i requested for re-image the mobile software. initially they told that it will take 2 hours, so i stayed there then later service center manager told me that it was not a software problem it is hardware problem,so it will take 1 day to resolve. then the coming next day i visited to the service center, here the first thing is my battery got changed, and replaced with some battery, and they told it's mine, so i verified my battery no. on my bill and asked to manager, now they told that it was misplaced and replaced with some battery but unable to switch on, again i asked to manager then with out my notice they replace with near to expiry battery. now they are playing games. here not doing any service they are changing the under warranty genuine parts and replacing with other mobiles which are not in warranty coverage. This is the WORST Samsung authorized Service Center in ameerpet and the Manager is too worst fellow here,,and the staff is too irresponsible.               Dear sir I have purchased the mobile Samsung galaxy note II on 25 th of December 2012.. From the date of purchase till today I have visited the service centre more than four times for some or other reasons. I really regret to inform you that despite of spending such a large amount on ur luxury phones I am not satisfied. What I really feel is that we customers are being cheated by you by providing us faulty handsets. I have given my handset at service centre at Metro telemarketer at Andheri east, Mumbai 69. Every time the engineer at service centre said that problem was both with hardware and software. The engineers at service centre has earlier kept my phone for around three days and now for a week .               Dear sir I have purchased a mobile Samsung galaxy note II on 7th of July 2013. Within 3 week there is a problem in my phone, I have visited the service center on 8th of August 2013. Engineer said that there is a hard ware problem and I have given my handset at service center at Noida sector 18. After a long time approx one month when no response from service center, I called to service Manager and he said that wait for one day after one day when I called him back there was no repose from his side. I am not satisfied with Samsung service. What I really feel is that we customers are being cheated by you by providing us faulty handsets. They people told me that we will provide your phone within 15 day but still I don’t get any phone. I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible, at lest provide me another phone. I request you people do something because phone was very expensive and I feel very bed after spend a large amount of money.

              I had given twice at your service center Dumka due to problem in board, they have given new board but still problem is existing in my handset. Previously battery was getting exhausted due to board problem and now battery is not getting charged due to IC problem in board. I had approached to your service center but sorry to tell you that unprofessional attitude of your service center forced me to write a complain in this regard.Sir, to sell the product of the company is not the ultimate goal but to sell any product service is essential and I feel that your company is lacking in this field. I am doing service in Allahabad Bank and posted as Lead District Manager of Dumka District. I am facing lot of problem due to this handset.I hope that you will sort out my problem within a week time.                 I had ourchase samsung laptop on 13/7/2013 with Smart duos offer. In this offer samsung provide galaxy tab 2 with discount of Rs 7000. I submitted all the details required by them and also called customer service about my status of offer. Customer reps told me dont worry you will get your offer very soon but after 1 month I got email saying that your are not valid to get this offer because your laptop S/N is in correct. I wrote the S/N which is written on laptop box and I have take the photo of laptop box displaying S/N. I think samsung is cheating customer. They are providing different S/N on box and at back side of laptop. They don't instruction to customer which S/N is right. They do this just to cheat customer. Please don't buy samsung laptop they are just cheating customer. If you have any doubt please call me before buy on [protected]

                  I have Samsung chat 3222 (C3222) there are 3 complaints.. 1) everytime i want to download any application.. it first show "downloading" and then "cancelling" and sometimes shows "download jar invalid. 2) sometimes it restarts automatically even many times a day. 3) recently encountered a new problem that i can't connect it to personal computer using USB port or bluetooth. Please solve my problems as soon as possible. Please tell me the way how can i repair it? or the address of place/service point for repairing.

                    I bought washing machine on 8th Aug 2013,few days after around 20th few coins inadvertantly went inside drum plates thereby producing loud noice ...called serv helpline and first sent a servman without proper knowledge of it argued no coins inside it is vibration of metal stand etc. ..later on my compulsion took two coins finised his job without verifying a final touch...next day same problem came contacted helpline sent another serv.man he also finally traced one coin...asked me to contact helpline complaint when it occurs...I did so next day No one came I had been to Madurai for 4 days again on retun to chennai i made another complaint...first they said one serv engr will come but next day also they didnot come...later when I contacted they said senior engr will come two or three days after that is on monday 2nd of Sep...these way dodged me to a boring session I dont know when the will come to save me and my machine such aprompt service we can expect from samsung.my complaint No aleady with them registered as [protected] my ph[protected].........................pl call me

                      I had purchased a samsung 46FHD46D6600 smart LED 3d TV at Rs.1.25 lakh in 2011. The TV's dispaly panel got damaged last month as per samsung technician, a service request was made to replace the display panel vide ref no.[protected] on 23/07/2013, after ten number of followup to smasung call center local service center, Samsung yet tom respond. I am surprised to see the service capability challenge of samsung claiming to be India's top selling electronics manufacturer.

                        Date: 30.08.2013 Dear Sir, I have bought a new Samsung Galaxy Note II mobile phone on 12.11.2012 (within the warranty period as per the Company’s Warranty Scheme) for Rs.36400.00/-. On 13.08.2013 while I was working on the said phone, it suddenly got hanged up, so I tried to switch it off and restart again, however, it did not switch off either and I have to take out the battery for the same. After replacing the battery when I switched it on again, it still did not switch on, instead, it showed the message β€œFIRMWARE UPGRADE ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE. PLEASE SELECT RECOVERY MODE IN KIES AND TRY AGAIN.” On reading the above message I thought it proper to take the handset to an authorized Samsung Service Centre the very next day i.e.14.08.2013. On reaching the authorized Samsung Service Centre at Aegiss Infotech, UG-26 A, Somdutt Chamber-1, New Delhi-110066, I told them the problem and they assured me that it seems a software issue and they will fix it in about 1 hour and asked me to wait in the waiting lounge. However, after an hour they told me that the issue seems to be one of the hardware or probably motherboard and as I have shown the handset to some unauthorized dealer outside, I am no longer entitled to Warranty Cover as per company’s policy and will have to pay Rs. 8,000/- for repair of an in-warranty handset. I told them that it is physically not possible for me to take the handset to some unauthorized dealer outside as it was just last night that my handset stopped working and I have brought it to the Samsung service center the very subsequent day. Besides, it is beyond comprehension that I will take the handset to some unauthorized dealer outside when I very well know that my handset is in warranty and Samsung company and/or its authorized service center is the best forum to show my handset for any problem(s). Moreover, no plausible explanation was provided by the company’s service center as to on what basis are they claiming that I have shown the handset to some outside dealer when there is no indication of the same, whatsoever; the seal of the phone is intact nor is there any tampering with the handset. From the abovesaid conduct of the company’s service center, it is patently clear that in order to escape their liability of repairing/replacing my handset and/or any component thereof as my handset is within the warranty period of one year, they are blaming me of violating the company’s warranty cover policy and take my in-warranty handset out of the said cover. The Company has misled, mistreated and harassed me by not providing me with the warranty cover and blaming me of violation of company’s warranty cover policy on vague and implausible grounds when fact of the matter is that my handset is very well within the warranty period and there has been no violation of any condition of the warranty cover policy of the company, whatsoever, on my part. I heard from someone that I could write my complaint here and I would be assisted so I am writing this in anticipation of a quick response. I want a complete replacement of the handset because the motherboard of the handset has gone awry in just a period of few months which makes it apparent that there is a manufacturing defect in the handset. The said problems have resulted in pecuniary losses apart from causing inconvenience to me. I also have clientΓ¨le abroad and need to be constantly in touch with them through phone/SMSes/e-mail. I am an Advocate practicing in the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, and I am suffering immensely on account of all the above stated problems. I am bonafide consumer and my handset is under warranty. I am going to personally take up the matter to Court if not assisted and would ensure that bonafide consumers are not cheated by either Samsung or its authorized service centers by selling defective handsets and causing so much inconvenience to the consumers.                           I had complained about faulty noise coming from my Tv on 24.08.2013. complaint no.[protected]. I got call from your engineer on 26.08.2013 for the same. He told me that this is common problem in this Tv & asked for model no of my Tv so that he can come with the new speaker. As I was in office at that time, I called your service centre next day. I was told that engineer was on field that time & will call you afterwords. Till date your engineer has not called me & my complaint is still unattended. I called your service centre today just now & was shocked to hear that my complaint is closed without informing me for that my address is changed. This is very rediculous on your part.                             I ordered a smartphone Samsung Galaxy mega 5.8 from Tradus.com on 21st Aug 2013. The seller was "supercamdeals". The product delivery was quick, so got the product in hand on 24th Aug. The box was sealed and upon operating the phone i found out the very first time that the ear speaker was not working. Only on putting the phone in loudspeaker I was able to hear the other person. When I demanded the seller for replacement of this defected piece, he refuesed to do so and insisted that he would service the product for me from samsung. I paid 21176 for this defect product and he wants me to give it for repair. I immediately rushed to the samsung service center on 26th Aug with the bills for claiming replacement. Since i was quick in reaching the service center after the purchase of the product, I got to know that i can apply for DOA upon which i will get a replacement of the product. I was atleast happy that I will get the DOA approval and upon producing that to the seller he will give me a new product. The disaster came on 26th evening from samsung that DOA cannot be done for this product as the product was an already used product that had a sim in it on May 2013. I fought with them stating that the piece appeared to be new and sealed but they insisted that they had their details on their server. I insisted to get the sim details or DOA from samsung. They said they will get back to me in 3 days but till now I am yet to get an update and they are not helpful. Everytime I call them they say reply is awaited from their Delhi head office. I just want to know incase the DOA is rejected stating that phone was used in May 2013, how can I sue the seller "Supercamdeals" who has given me a defected used product for a whopping price of 21k. I dont know what to do as I stand here cheated.                               I have purchased the Samsung galaxy tab 2 device back in July 2012. In Mac 2013 the device could not power up. I sent it for repair at the Authorized Samsung dealer in Gardens Midvalley. They say the motherboard has failed and got it repaired/changed. After a few month now in August 2013, the same issue happened where I can't start up the device. Sent it again for repair in the same center and they sat the motherboard again has failed. This time I'm no longer covered by the warranty since it ended 1 month ago. They told me it s gonna host me me 550 to get it fixed. I'm not willing to pay and called Samsung service center to lodge a complain on the quality of their product. They told me the motherboard condition could be caused by the usage. This is totally unacceptable to me. How can s device motherboard fail due to internet browsing??? They told me they can 'try' to apply for a discount for me to fix the issue but there a no avenue for me to lodge any complain. I'm totally dissatisfied with the quality of the Samsung product and how they re not willing to take full responsibility for their product defect.

                              i bought new samsung galaxy r and within 3 motherboard dead and from samsung service centre we buy new motherboard again 1month after the motherboard dead and phone was not start .......plz help me .....................

                                      Harrasment of Samsung service station 15 days back I got Samsung Grand, I was very happy to get a good cellphone from Samsung, just in 15 days the power button of the device became very hard to press. My wife went to the service station located near Borivali weststation. First of all She had to stand in que for about 30 min and as it was end of their working hours I.e 7.00 pm, they were asking to leave, when she told them that she came before the working hours they took my mobile and asked to pay RS.110 to get the mobile checked, she informed them that it's under warranty and the power button is hard to press they still insisted to pay RS.110. After taking the payment they opened the mobile and sprayed some liquid on the board and said that it's a water logging issue and it cannot be repaired she informed that the mobile is working properly the issue is just with the power button they asked to pay 7500 to change the motherboard. She asked them to give the mobile back and after they closed the mobile it's not powering on at all. This is really ridiculous and disgusting that they opened the mobile and made it useless for further use. I think that this is just a matter o[censored]ntrained technician sitting at the service station. They dont even know the meaning of LCI ( Liquid Contact identifier ), I am just complaining here in Facebook to see if Samsung guys can really help me fix the issue My first question is why am I being charged if the mobile is under warranty. My second question is that why did they made the mobile useless and closing and opening it. I would just like to say that if there is any water logging issue the mobile should not turn on and if it will turn on it will have a issue in display or touch and would not make the power button hard to press. I am attaching the invoice copy also for the amount I have charged with the untrained technicians. I hereby request you to kindly change the handset or else I would go beyond my limits to post regularly on Facebook and twitter about your brand attitude of not looking into consumers issue. This is really not acceptable and should also be taken care by consumer court and other blogs.

                                      sir here in adoni and as well as in kurnool there is no good response for customers in service center so please kindly take any action on this activity.

                                        Thanks for your representative Neetu Singh's reply against my mail Dt. 25th Aug,2013 and visit of your technician.

                                        I am not satisfied with the kind of response/ reply I am getting from the company.

                                        Even after my request through mail no visit of any Sr. Engineer to ensure that the problems which are coming in the machine, one after other will not arise in future.

                                        With ref. to my earlier mail, It is again to recap that four - five months back also a technician had visited and checked the machine and repaired it.

                                        And again new problem arise.

                                        On the basis of previous bitter experience I do not have any trust on the kind of technicians representing SAMSUNG.

                                        As a consumer why I bare with the problematic machine which is having problem after every 2-3 months.

                                        I had spent to buy expensive washing machine of a brand like 'SAMSUNG' to get value for money and not to get involve in recurring expenses within 3 yrs from purchase.

                                        Who will take guarantee that the machine will give quality/ error-free service and will not repeat another issue in next 2-3 months, if the actual problem is the quality problem of the product.

                                        Kindly arrange to resolve my issue as early as possible.
