I Ramesh manchanda ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) ([protected]) purchased a cell phone of samsung company during february month this year ,but eventually after 2 months the cell phone's touch pannel get hang ,i gave my cell phone to service center to repair but it took a 2 week long time to repair it and handit over to me,but it was just a start,after this my cellphone need to go to the service center for the same problem or the other month after month,sometime i am unable to recieve a call sometime i can not answer it,some time the visual get disturb or sometime the lock button doesn't work, its december now my cellphone touch pannel is still not in a good condition of working ,it still have hanging problem,i generally miss my important business related call because i can not pick them up due to problem in touch panel ,the camera also not working properly .i gave this phone to service center 8-9times for repair but te result is extremely hopeless,my phone is under warrenty period but what is the use of such kind of warrenty?.what will i do after feb month if they are not repairing my phone and not even considering my problem so many times? the service provide bi servise center is really harrassing and its now became a mental torture for me to go to service center every fortnight and then begging them to return my phone and then after 3 weeks recieving the phone with one problem solved but another one as a gift from them.

Samsung — Line appearing on TV screen
Sir,I bought samsung TV model no. CS21S8MEEX/XTC Sl. No. 073332AQ400130 on 01.05.08 from South City (Pentaloon -E zone), Kolkata.
After one month one thick line appeared on Top of the TV screen. I verified from cable operator and made contact with seller. They suggested me to take help of customer care.
Samsung people came and rectified this problem with adustment of current, VT etc. and assure not to come same problem. Again after one month it appered and samsung people attended but this time some parts have been also changed. Three months it run well, and after three month it is again seen and that time service center sent so called Sr. Executive, who again reseted the parameter of the programme and went back and suggested that there is spark in supply board that's why parameter of the programme is being changed. I replaced the switch board. Again in end March' 09 same problem faced. I called samsung people to attend the problem with assurance that this will never seen again because of warranty period is being lapsed. They assured that if it appear again, neccessary action will be taken.
In april month it again appeared and again programm was reseted.
This repeatedily appeared in May and it has been decided to sent the set to workshop. At the time of receiving TV set they asked me puchase slip that I have but could not handed over because of I was in duty. My relative was unknown about the actual place where it was placed.

After that I want to make several contact with Senior person of service center regarding this issue because of the problem was so critical then why this descission is not taken earlier and who will be responsible for the lapse of warranty period. They are are not calling me back to convince my queries.
If you have any solution of this deffective set then kindly rectify it shortly otherwise the it should be replaced.
