I purchased a samsung split A/C 1.5 tonon 15/7.2010 (model no :AS18EFA).Six months passed uneventfully i noticed water leak from indoor unit service guys came and said that it is due to a faulty tray inside the unit .They rectified the problem without replacing the tray after a while the oscillation of the fan was creating an irritating noise and display stopped working .Again they came and replaced the display and corrected the noise.
After a year the cooling efficiency dropped drastically and water leak from the indoor unit again surfaced.called the same service center they througly checked the unit said there is gas leak ,topped up the gas level.within two weeks again cooling became ineffective.now they says the capacitor is damaged and replaced it .Even after doing all these corrective measures the cooling efficency was so poor that i had to call them again
This time they took the indoor and out door units to the service center for inspection called me after 2 days and said that condensor unit broke reparing estimate according t item is just under rs 5000
I asked them what caused the condensor to break as it is situated inside the outdoor unit .The replied that it is very fragile and even if a bird sits on it ,it can break.
My question is
1)Is it is fragile
2)if it is then why it is not kept safely
3)Am i supposed to pay this much money to correct any inferior product
I have a1.5 voltas split A/C in the same room which was purchased 9 years back .It never gave a head ache.I never had to replace till now
I preferred samsung because i always thought samsung products were of great quality and furability besides having great value for money and good service back up.But my experiance till now is very bitter

    I purchased samsung j600 mobile phone on 04/10/2007.In January'08 onwareds it gets automatically switch-off after every 2-3 hours.They changed its software and battery but the problem was not solved.After that they tell me that its main board(PB)is to be replaced and told me that they will inform me whwnever they get it from HQ but till date I have not got any call despite my repeated requests.

    Samsung does not seem to be interested in providing service for its products. I registered with the call center and allI have been getting are calls, but no service rep.
    This is happening for the second time in a row.
    Stay away from Samsung, they seem to have a policy of Sell and Forget...

    I too have a similar experience with samsung. In my case the service center had replaced the PBA and my handset IMEI no. was changed but the service center refused to give any document mentioning that PBA was changed at the service center. These service centers are using repaired PBA received from other complaints for replacement.
    In absence of any document why should anyone accept handset with differnt IMEI. Who knows that the different IMEI was used by which person. This is a very dangerous situation keeping in view of series of terror attacks in the country.

    I request the ministry to ban this brand from doing business in India if they continue to fool their customers and put them in risk like this.

    Samsung — Poorest and callous service

    The Samsung A/C with BIO Sleep feature was purchased on April 04, 2007 from a common retailer. During the warranty period, the Samsung service visited and performed service only once. Subsequently no one turned up.
    Since the service was long due, I had initiated a service request first on July 30, 2008 by registering in the Samsung website. Received a reply with reference number: [protected] and a call back that the service would be done the next day: July 31, 08. However, no one turned up and I had raised another complaint on July 31, 2008, again and was given a auto-generated reference no: [protected].
    I am fed up of constant follow-up with this so called reputed company. Since the service eligible during the warranty period has not been given to us and owing to waste of time and money on constant follow-up, I am requesting your earnest self to arrange for a free service for the next 3 cycles.
    I WANT SAMSUNG SERVICE MANAGER TO GIVE A COURTESY CALL AND LISTEN TO CUSTOMER’S CONCERNS ATLEAST FOR ONCE!!!

    n/a — Samsung - bad service

    I purchased a samsung mobile 3 months ago...All of a sudden, it stopped working... I sent a mail to Samsung India customer service and they promptly replied with the numbr of customer Service Center. Despite trying to call them for more than 3-4 hours, the Service center just did not pick up the call.

    Finally, I went to the Service Center and after waiting for about 1 hour, i was told that both s/w and h/w problem with the phone and that it needs to be replaced. All the data will be lost !
    As if that wasn't enough, i'd have to wait for 5 working days to get a phone and they would not provide me a spare phone (though this one is under warranty period)...

    I've decided never to buy Samsung product again!
    Hey guys, Please don't believe at samsung Electronics. Specially for Mobiles. There are very poor service ( Customer care, Service center etc) & Very stupid item also. I purchased a Samung mobile phone. After 8 months i am facing key problem, then i have told to service center guy but he was saying, mother board is damage, So u will pay Rs.3600. But the mobile price is Rs.4000 & guarantee period is one year. Still they aren't responsibility in guarantee period.

    Samsung India / DVD Player — Poor Service / Poor Response

    I am DLN. Sastry from Vizag. I have a complaint against Samsung Service Dept. at Visakhapatnam, with regard to the repair of my DVD Player. But I find that there is no a suitable e-mail channel at Samsung to lodge customer grievances. On browsing the net I found this link

    In this connection I request you to please let me know how to lodge an e-mail complaint about my grievance with the company. Regarding this I reproduce below a complaint letter which I sent twice through Samsung web site, without getting any response or a positive result.

    Sub: Poor Service / Poor response

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We purchased a DVD player Model: DVDP-172 from your showroom at Dabagardens, VISAKHAPATNAM in the month of March 2008. We used the player very sparingly since its purchase an year ago, and in fact for the last few months the unit has remained idle. Last month i.e. in February 2009 we noticed that the player has been malfunctioning. On 18-Mar-09 we handed over the unit to your Authorised Service Center at ASPEN Towers, Racapupalem, VISAKHAPATNAM for repair. At that time we were told that we will be contacted after completion of repair. On 25-Mar-09, seeing that we did not receive any communication, even after a week elapsed, I called your Service Center. The lady receptionist, who took the call, instantly told me that it would take at least one week more to repair the unit. Surprised how a receptionist can be so sure about the repair status even without verifying with the concerned technician, I expressed my desire to talk to the Service Manager. The receptionist connected me to an internal line, which no one responded-to, even after my enduring the on-line music (PRATIKSHA muasic) for 5 minutes or so. So I had to hang-up the line, without receiving any satisfactory information about the status of repair of our DVD player.

    Now I wonder why there should be such inordinate delay in repairing the unit, and, am disappointed at the casual and callous approach of your Service Dept towards customer problems. Can it be that your Service Dept at Vizag is inundated with a flood of defective items coming for repair? OR Is it that the person manning the repair desk is very lazy? OR Is it that there is a group of dishonest people in your Vizag Service Dept, with the possibility of the items received for repair are thoroughly rubbished and subjected to pilferage?

    Today it has already been almost 2-weeks since the DVD player was handed over to your people for repair but there is no any communication whatsoever. Not knowing what to do next, I thought of approaching a responsible official at Samsung Head Office. Surprisingly there is not any channel at Samsung to lodge customer grievances. And here I am...a forlorn customer...requesting you to please look into the issue and instruct your Service Dept at Vizag to ensure that our DVD player is repaired and handed over to us in good working condition at the earliest.

    I have purchased a Samsung Ultraslim 21" Colour TV from Navrang Electronics, Laxminagar, Delhi - 92 on 28th March, 2009. Since then there were Red and Black Spot on top two corners of the Screen. For which i had complaint three times and attendent came and not done permanent solution for that problem. Now again i have complaint for the same problem on 7th May, 2009 and the Request ID No. is [protected]. But since then one attendent came after 5days and took the photocopy of the Bill of purchase and told that they will take the TV to their workshop for its repairs. Since that neigher the took the TV nor any call have been made to me.
    So i just want to know, what type of customer service of your company is it? Is is your new business policy to the customer ? Can you please clarify me.

    I had bought an AC of samsung from sargam electronics Paschim Vihar ie:Samsung HWAC AS-18ETA on[protected]. They said an executive would come and install the same for rs1500/- from samsung. The executive came and the installlation done was not correct it was slanting and from the front panel water was dripping. After this I complained to samsung that water is dripping they deputed executives who confirmed that the installation was not right and the water was pushing back somehow they fixed the problem(jugad). The executive told me that the water should go from the back pipe and to check the same. I checked for two days and saw that no water was coming from the pipe. I called samsung office again and told them that water is not coming they said they will depute an executive and till date I havn't met any representative from their side. Its been weeks that I have been doing this. I don't know if they have any record of the number of calls i made in this regard but the latest reference number I had saved ie:[protected].

    I am surprised with such a reputed brands service thus writing to you. Its a new product so I am sure I should not face this.

    I got a new samsung syncmaster 943nwx this feb..I am having some major problems with it..I have registered a complaint with the company, next day a technician came and identified the problem and said he would be back within 2 days with the appropriate parts but its already 2 weeks now..Since its still in the warranty period i cant get my monitor rectified in some other service centre too..God knows how much more time will they take to attend my problem..!!! Its really frustrating, i have been calling them dialy still they are not taking it seriously!!!

    the mobile store/ samsung star mobile — missing accesiories

    I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG STAR TOUCH MOBILE FROM GORAKHPUR, CITY MALL-THE MOBILE STORE.THE BACK COVER WITH THE LEATHER FLAP WAS MISSING, WHEREAS WHEN I FOUND OUT FROM OTHER STORES OF THE MOBILE STORE THE SAME PHONE IN THE SAME PRICE WAS INCLUDED WITH THE LEATHER FLAP BACK COVER.CAN I GET AN ANSWER FOR THIS.

    I bought Samsung Star mobile phone in month of July but there was no back cover. My friend bought the same mobile and got that cover.     It was so bad a day that I purchased Samsung printer for our school office use. Since then it has been a troublesome time. It never works. And even it appears there is nobody to take care. Since 20 July 2009 it is with care point Hisar, I paid the money in advance which they asked for. Horrible. I am principal of the school where the printer has been installed and care point people talk so horribly that an ordinary civilized man can't bear. I am bearing with but for the last time. I got few of the other samsung equipments installed at the school but again for the last time.

    Advise: if it's unmanageable, quit.

    I bought a Samung star mobile 1 month back, , the back cap with lether flap is not properly fixed, i tried a lot of times, there is some problem in the mobile, and the headfones are damaged in 1 week . how how can i get those.

    Samsung — POOR BACK OF BATTERY AND POOR SERVICE

    I purchased SAMSUNG mobile set E250i on 26-07-09.The vendor assured me that the battery will give 48 hrs. Battery backup. But practically I’m not getting even 24 hrs. backup. I have to re-charge the set frequently.

    I approached at M/S. Infotel Services, SAMSUNG authorized service centre at New Alipore on 23-10-09. After 4 days that is on 26-10-09 they return the set without rectification. According the mechanic the set had to be sent to Head Office for checking. He further added that the set may not be rectified by head office also, they return the set just changing the battery(S/N-BD1Q628ES/I-G).On my quarry for holding the set for 4 days unnecessarily, they misbehave badly with me.

    Whether the company would respond to me or I had to approach to the Consumer Forum.

    Samsung — Poor services of Samsung

    Dear
    I bought new SAMSUNG mobile model A3LSCHF309 six months back. Since one month Charger is not working properly. I went to your Authorized Service Centre named HR Electronics,Shop 2 & 3,Gill Complex, Opp Dukh Niwaran Gurudwara Chowk, Patiala142001, Punjab, India.

    Now more than 15 days passed and I m regularly visiting Service center every day. Every time he says that he does not have any charger for replacement. Whenever I visit him, he always makes a phone call in my presence to your 'concerned' people and your people promise to send the required 'charger' next day but till now I have not received any resolution.

    It is the first time in my life that I have bought any SAMSUNG product and had so bitter experience. I hope you would cooperate and help me in providing new charger asap.

    I made the unfortunate mistake...
    I have purchased samsung mobile, model no.B-210, s.no.-RW65229592D, IMEI no.- [protected] on 31/03/09. there was a problem in the speaker. mobile started producing Constant beeps during the calls. for the same complaint was lodged at Lakshya Tech.Solution Ltd, 230, shiva market,delhi whose work order no. si 1095 on 23/02/10. it was told to me that cost for repairing the set is Rs. 200/- something, and i paid that amount at that time. now they are saying that it cannot be repaired. still they are having my set.
    first of all they have charged money from me in the gauranteed period, secondly they are not repairing it.

    I bought a Samsung handset and within one month of purchase it developed some snag.I went to Samsung Service Centre- COLORTAK SERVICES Shop No-9,Yash Residency, Sector No-6,Airoli Mulund Road Airoli Navi Mumbai-400708.
    The person there tried to put blame on me but could not succeed and thus took the cell and agreed to repair.He said the software needs to be updated.I got my cell back in one week just to realise that the battery wasnt giving the backup that it used to give.I went him to again but instead he said that we know our job and u dont know to use it. I atlest went to him around 5 times and everytime he said that the battery couldnt be replaced since he had no stock.Finally i stopped goin there and one day it happend that my cell wasnt gettng charged at all i.e. the battery got dump.I again went to them and they said they couldnt replace it thought it was in warranty.I couldnt trust the company anymore.

    we are calling from 3 days Friday to till Tuesday (16/04/2010-20/04/2010) but they can`t pick up the phone when ring Phone of Onida Ludhaina Call center is [protected] & [protected].

    Samsung — poor services

    hi name is nitin sagar , louged a complaint at service center on dated on 30 april 2010 my refrence number [protected], till date theres is no responce from samsung sevice and nobody has turned up..

    It was a very bad experince i had.
    Sir, I have registered with samsung during free service week under regd. no.[protected] dated 06/04/2010 for the service of 3 no. AC and 01 refrigerator (double door). Engineer came and serviced ACs very huriedly.In regard to refrigerator, engineer had detected some fault due to which the fridge is functioning with constant over cooling. Hence thermostate is not working properly resulting water falling inside of refrigerator. I complained to company and explained.Another expert had been deputed, he came in flying visit and asked us to to shut fridge for 48 hrs. again he visited and exended te period for one more day.Then after the engineer visited(who came earlier) and pointed out that some parts are required to be changed.
    After long chasing the fridge is still working as it is. I do not believe that a good company like Samsug will ignore this issue. POOR SHOW.

    The service response and quality is abysmal. When the engineer (if I can call him) asked about the problem - he was totally unaware of what it meant. Having got the required information from the Samsung website - I tried explaining to him what it meant hoping that would expedite the solution which ofcourse did not help. When the technician came the next day (as requested), he said that some parts had to be replaced - which instead of taking the 3 days took 6 days. But it doesn't end there, when they came to fix it - the new technician claimed that it was pointless replacing the parts till another connecting part is also replaced!! Surprise surprise - they don't have it in stock - so it could take upto another 3 days to service the machine. It is now 8 days since I lodged the claim and in the meanwhile my laundry is piling up.

    I rue the day I bought a Samsung washing machine.
    i have bought a new LCD TV from Samsung.Within a month it has stopped working. My repeated calls to the consumer cell and emails to consumer support have been in vain. No one has taken any action..

    I think samsung has the worst service record of all companes and we should stop buying them.
    Our Indian companies are far better in that respect

    I had bought a Samsung single door refrigerator six years back. the door of my freezer compartment has come out and the bottle racks have broken. i have complained with Samsung customer care and service center almost 10 times. the person from Samsung came and assured me that the work will be done in a week. i have been following this past one month and nothing has been done my complaint. if i call up at customer care the phone is hanged for 15 mins. finally on my 8th call in one day i was given the regional service manager's phone no. which he never picks up. I am fed up of this and seriously feel that i have made a big mistake buying a Samsung product.
    I will be happy if i get some help from this forum and get my problem solved.

    I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung mobile (GTS 5560) and have found your customer service to be unbelievably bad. I can't get a prompt response from your people despite repeated calls.     I have bought your product mobile (GTS 5560 ) at Delhi, Inder puri Area shop. Just after two months i faced the problem of POWER KEY, VIDEO, AUTO RESTART AND TOUCH, as well as KEY PAID SOUND. I requested to replace the new piece at which shop i purchased it but he refused my request and suggest to go service center for repairing or replace new one.

    The same day ( 2nd of AUGUST 2010 ) I went to service center and show my piece to service engineer, he was checked and told me the piece was damaged due to bad factors. If possible to resolving the problem then service it whereas the set was replaced to new one. However he book a complaint ( 2nd AUGUST 2010) for repairing/replace and asked to come and collect on 09th of AUGUST 2010.

    I went to shop on 09th of AUGUST 2010 and requested my Mobile. They took work order number and told me after 15 minutes the piece not at come from the company and asked to come and collect on 12th AUGUST 2010.

    I once again visited the shop (service center) on 12th of AUGUST 2010 and requested my mobile status after 15 minutes the manager Mr. BHUPENDER came to me and asked to wait one day because the courier not yet come from NEHARU PLACE asked to come and collect on 14th of AUGUST.

    Again I called to Mr. BHUPENDER and requested to deliver the piece at my office. he again giving me next date of 16th AUGUST 2010.

    I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT RESLOVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

    Samsung Mobile — Constant issues in Phone & Samsung Services

    I had bought Samsung Star Superb & just after buying the same it had software issues which I managed somehow. After 3 months, its touch screen stopped functioning. I gave the phone to Samsung Borivali Service centre & they called me to collect the phone after 3 days. When my wife went to collect the phone, they said that only one problem is resolved, rest will take time. After that, none of them got back for 15 days & they never pick up the phone. Then somehow, I managed to get the no. of Samsung Area manager who assisted me in contacting them. Finally I got the phone...Now after 30 days, phone's PC Studio software does not work & I am unable to save my data. It is unable to connect to my PC. Samsung phone is really creating trouble for me even after spending that much money on phone...Can someone take best possible action against them???

    Painful words against Samsung mobile. I have buyed Samsung Monte on Aug 13th of 2010 with my hard earned money. I have never came across this worst service. i have to tell my painful story. just after 4 months the problem started. i have gave my mobile for service at ameerpet Samsung service center. you can see some of most irresponsible people at this service center. i really fed up with them. they told initially the problem with LCD display. after that the problem is with the motherboard ; this is known to me after a number of times i called them. this is much more interesting ; they not even lifting the phone when a customer called. i have visited their office many times. poorest response. Their techican have told me that "electronics products will have problems sir". anyone can see the how beautiful their response is. i haven't got my mobile yet from them. they are telling stories today you will get it and day after tomorrow you get it. they haven't received the motherboard kit from Samsung until now it seems. day after day a new story. The branch manager at service center is behaving very rudely.
    i believe in consumer court. i hope you will solve my problem as early as possible.

    I wanted to take a backup of my phone-book on my PC so I tried installing the software that came with the phone itself but it is not connecting to my phone- I am using original Data Cable that came along with the phone. I have tried downloading New PC Studio v1.4 & v1.5 but still not able to connect either by USB nor blue tooth. Even Customer Services people giving strange answers like try on different PC, I have already tried on 3 different PCs but still problem persists.
    So now problems i am facing-
    poor customer service - people not aware what to tell to customers
    Lack of resources - battery's out of stock on all service centers. I had to visit service center 4 times to get a new battery.
    Handset- Phone hanging, Battery gave up in mere 9 months & i had to pay 364/- for a battery.

But from the day I bought it I faced a lot of software problems but the most criticizing one being that often all by itself both all my messages from the Sentbox and Inbox get deleted and thereby I can neither read nor write messages coupled with Display, Sound and many other problems.     I have bought SAMSUNG LCD C480 model on 31st Oct 2010.With in 3.5 month of its operation one of its card failed.When I called service representative ,they told that the card is not avilable with them and it may take six days to arrange from somewhere.I want the current TV set to be replaced because of the poor performance and service support .I conveyed my message to customer care with the complaint no.[protected].They are reluctant to change the set.

    Poor responses from the service centre. My registerd complaint # D10822 to service my 29 inch TV is not attended to for the last three days. No responsible replies over phone. The Service Manager -Farida - [protected]-does not bother to attend to calls or respond to SMS. This number was given to me by the front office people. Earlier, I had problems in the maintenance of my Samsun AC also.

    I have come to the conclusion that Samsung products are fairly good, marketing is great, but service is atrociously poor. I would advise potential buyers against buying Samsung products.

    i was told by many to buy a samsung phone because of its excellent features, looks, prices and support but i had an altogether different experience when i visited the louden street samsung service centre in kolkata. the service was next to nothing. the speed at which the centre executives were working was negligible and the altogether experience was extremely tiring ad time consuming without getting any results what so ever. i was waiting at the center for over half an hr to juts see them tend to 4 customers as they seemed to be extremely busy throwing chargers, plastics bags at each other and just adjusting themselves in their oh so comfortable seats. the center timings seemed vague and i could not be sure if i would receive my mobile on the very same day even though the problem i was facing was extremely minor and would not have taken any time to fix. on inquiring of the time when the service centre would close, the answer i got was"6-6.30." what one is to understand of two closing times of a place like a service centre is above me. another factor that i was surprised about was that in this day of massive technological advancement, i was told to bring a hard copy of the bill. when the date of purchase etc should be on their server.

    Now he is telling we are not going replace it and we have lost yours job card if you nee that you have to deposit money and taking with us in very rude manner



    we have not expected this kind of service from a brand like samsung



    if next time we have to puchace any good we have to think twice about the brand samsung ..

    I have given my mobile for repairing at your service centre at Janak Puri (R.R Communications) New Delhi-110058 on 30.07.2011, the work order no given by service centre is[protected] token No 014 my handset no is GT –S5620 SL No is RDFZ499431T Dt 30.07.2011 there is a MIC problem in mobile, firstly the service centre call me on 20.07.2011 to collect your phone it is ready after 20 days but when I went there they say it is not repaired we will call you later, at that day I lodged the complaint at your customer care centre & also talk to Mr. Nitin Rathi on his mobile No [protected] who is owner of that service centre he give me surety that your mobile can repair on same day in two hours (20.07.2011) but the mobile is not repaired, on 26.08.2011 I call to Mr. varun who is service executive at there that I can come on 27.08.2011 my mobile handset should be ready he reply that it is already ready you come & take it on 27th Aug but when I went there the executive sitting on the delivery point he reply that your set is not repaired you can take it away, & he talked me very rudely & he is ready to fight with me.



    This is your service after keeping the mobile phone for one month to your service centre & your reply that it is not repaired you take it away this is the worst & worst (I have to write worst by uncountable times) experience with your service centre the executive at there misbehave with me they stolen by original Samsung battery at there they talked me in very worst way they don’t have manners how to talk with customer I have no more words that I can insult the Samsung service centre & after giving the complain to you customer care executive they also can not reply me the status of mobile what should more I can tell about the worst dirty not accepted & more…………………………�... ! experience at your service centre it is not my single customer complaint I just wait or 20-30 minutes at there from 50 customer 40 customers are complaining at there this is your customer satisfaction I want to insult you more but I don’t have the words to do more



    So please reply my mail ASAP & take strict action against the service centre the centre should be sou. If I didn’t get any reply from your side I will go to consumer court & take the necessary action against you so my request to you is please take care of my mail & your prompt action is required

    My name is Akash Gidwani the issue is that i purchased a refrigerator in the month of april from vijay sales at the time of purchasing the refrigerator they told me that sir you can go for samsung they provide outstanding customer service allthough this the first product which i have taken from samsung otherwise i do have lg sony all other com panies provide outstanding customer service but with samsung it was a very bad impression allthough my fridge is under warranty on saturday the freezer door was broken because that was not fixed properly from the companies side i called up customer service infrming abt the same the lady whom i spoke with said that she will be sending a technician to my place and there won,t be any charge for that but the technician called up today in the morning sayin that there would be a charge of 500(INR) which was totally wrong the way he was talkin to me as if he is not intrested with his job i want someone shud take immediate action on this otherwise i ahve to file a case against samsung.

    Hello everybody. i hav given my samsung phone for service on 7th oct 2011. first of all they said that in one or two days the problem will be solved and after solving they will make a call. no phone cal from more than 3 days. so i called back them and that time they said that some switch is faulty and said that the switch will come in few days. after 2 days i got an sms that my phone complaint has been solved. so i went to service centre wit my bill copy but they told that the phone is not ready yet. i didnt talk anything & i came out. ant then by yesterday(18/10/11) i went to enquire about the status of my phone, they told that the switch has come and they will probably give phone by tomorrow(19/10/11)so today i called and asked the service centre whether my phone is ready and can take my phone today. today when i am going to get my phone, they told that switch has not come yet. i was so much frustrated about their behavior.i have never experienced such a worst service ever. bad service.... better dont buy samsung. my bill no is [protected]. phone model gt B5310

    I purchased a Samsung handset wave 2 8530 on 28 April 2011 from Mumbai.After 2 months it started giving me problems like hanging, touch pad not working properly just after 3 months after purchase.When i went to the service center they said that this is water logging problem so it is out of warranty.So i got it repaired from a Samsung service center in Moradabad(U.P) and they charged me 5000 rs for this.But when i got the set back its speaker was not working at all.Meanwhile i returned to Mumbai and went to the service center there and now they are saying that your motherboard is damaged so it is out of warranty and again asking me money.
    I have been continuosly harrased by these service centers,i purchased the mobile for 15,700 and have spent 5000 more even now its not working.If every time i go to service center they demand money by claiming that this thing is not covered under our warranty.
    Sir, please let me know if my motherboard is damaged in the Samsung service center only then where is my fault i paid them the money they demanded now they are again demanding more money.
    Sir, please look into the matter as i am tired of going to different service centers and this waste a lot of amount of time and money.Please help me in this matter.

    I purchased samsung mobile model GT-S3353 IMEI 354769/04/036187/7 on 28/01/2011 and in Jan'08 it gets automatically track pad not working. I lodged the complaint & give hanset to him at service centre udhampur but they are saying that they are not having its track pad. after 4 months they return my handset without repair....

    I purchase Samsung GT-I9100 from singapore on 15th of this month and the same was taken into use on 19th of this month within two days of its use the top side of the display has started to become black and white for which i lodged a complaint with the samsung the complaint number is [protected], and today the whole display has become blue in color, i got a call from their technical team to contact their authorized service centre @ vapi, the name of the centre is MODICARE, first they said that the mobile is covered for warranty as it was not purchased in india, but after a long argument we made them to accept the complaint, w.o analysing the problem they said the mobile has liquid contact so the display has to be changed which will be costing Rs 5500 and that cost we have to bear, hearing this we came back w.o changing the display, we made a call again to their official number [protected], till now there is no call from them. The cost the mobile is Rs 35,000.00
    Sir,

    Samsung is the worst spicese when it comes to after sells services, how much ever they claim they can be Apple, they can't be, if you had the same problem with Apple they would have replaced you phone immediately, please do not consider buying high end Samsung phone phone from now onwards.

    I am having the similar kind of issue but no response yet, and I have promised myself i will never buy any Samsung products ever.

    I MADE AN UNFORTUNATE MISTAKE BY PURCHASINGING SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR 2 YEAR AGO.I HAVE GIVEN A WARRANTY OF 5 YEARS AT HAT TIME.     I Dr Sujata Magdum nee Mali, purchased a SAMSUNG handset from Mobile Stores Ltd. on 16th May 2012 of Model GT S5360 TKAINS with IMEI no. [protected]. While purchasing I paid for extended warranty & mobile secure.

    From last one month i.e. in June this handset was turning off automatically. I registered the complaint with Mobiles Stores executive and in this context I was asked to format the handset. This was done thrice but the problem remained unsolved. Finally on 4th July in the evening the Mobile store executive said that the problem is with PBS of the handset and so it should be send to the company. I will be able to get my handset back on 10th July. For this I handed over the handset to him and told him that I shall collect it on 11th July so that they could verify its working status for one more day. When I went to collect my handset I was again informed that the problem is not rectiifed.Neither they have bother to give me handset for time being use. Moreover when I asked them to give me receipt of the compliant lodged with them they handed over the receipt dated 11th July after a long hot conversation.. In this respect I would like to bring to your kind notice that the people in the store are highly non-co-operative. This has forced me to place a complain with you. Now I request your kind self to rectify my problem or otherwise I will have to approach the consumer forum. Till date I am without cell and this has really affected my work.Could you pls let meknow how would you help me out in this respect? Or otherwise I will have to takesome legal action.

    I have bought a Samsung washing machine on 13.09.07 in kolkata. It is not working . The company service man said
    he cannot repair it as spare parts is not available. He is advising me to exchange it for rs 1150.
    It is not even 5 yrs . If the company cannot repair it they should replace it. Why will i be forced to buy

    I bought Samsung galaxy S advance on[protected] @ Samsung smart phone cafe ( R T Nagar ). 10 days before i was facing the problem with the PLAY STORE, then i called Samsung customer service for trouble shooting , the person who spoke with me didn't provide me any (T.S) steps. He just asked me to force stop the play store and restart the unit. Problem not resolved. Then he gave me the service centre address and asked me contact them to upgrade my phone. I even i was facing the problem with the head phone and the officer asked me to replace the accessories. When i went to the service centre the owner Mr. Gopal didn't give me proper response, he asked me to come evening then again he told me to collect my phone next day evening. I aggried and came away. And the next day he gave ne the phone and he told that the problem is resolved. I praised Samsung service and came home. later i came to know that he didn't upgrade he have degrade my phone were i started facing problem with YouTube, Facebook, social hub , play store, everything..
    And for replacing the head phone the owner is telling me to use few more day because he will provide the new one only if both the speakers broke .
    Then i called Samsung customer service. People started disconnecting my call and even some rude behaviours, i don't remember any bodies name accept sandeep who disconnected the call on[protected]. I never expected this from Samsung service. I called them on [protected]/[protected]. They disconnected the call with in a second once they pick.
    At last the call got connected and raised the issue again. People telling me to contact centre again. Let me tell you people one thing 20, 500 rs is not a short amount to leave it easily . If my problem is not resolved i know how ti screw Samsung popularity. I am an bank employee of standard chartered bank, if my problem is not resolved i have a guts to create an website about urn company.kindly work for my case on priority.i would like to appreciate Samsung on my next co.mment.     a service person visited on may 28th and reported that there is a leakage in cooling gas pipe and collected an amount of Rs.450 to tell this alone.
    when asked, he responded it as &quot;service charge&quot;.
    after that, i again requested for AC service and a person from VEERA service center came and they collected both indoor &amp; outdoor unit of AC on 4th June 2013.
    Today its 13th June 2013, but no proper response from VEERA service center.

    they charged rs. 355 to change the lock button.
    when I collected my phone my phone experienced another problem
    wifi bluetooth and wifi hot spot were not working
    samsung service centres charge rs. 192 to identify the issues in the phone
    I paid the amount earlier but they never told me that my phone has the problem of connectivity (because it was never there)
    as soon as I collected the phone I experienced the problem
    I informed the engineer and the company about the same but they didn&#039;t help
    they said that there is a problem in motherboard which costs around rs.8000 and I need to pay for the same.
    I don&#039;t know what I should do
    when I have given my phone to them they took service charges from me and informed me about 1 issue which was lock button but when I collected the phone I experienced another issue
    that is not my fault but the inconvenience is for me
    the company is not ready to trust me and says that the phone was dead so this problem was not recognised
    but they are paid to recognise the problem only but in this case they didn&#039;t .

    I purchased LED TV, Refrigerator and home theater of samsung company but sorry to say that i am not satisfied with the services of samsung customer care. After delivery of all three items I contacted at 6.45pm to person whose responsibility is to install items their reply was that my time is over our time is 10 to 6 so installation will take place tomorrow. Next day at 1 pm he phoned me for installation I was in my office. i compelled to come to home. after installation when I switch on/off fan LED TV create some problem. For refrigerator after delivery next day evening person came for demonstration. After contacted dealer for several times person came for solution for TV problem. I felt many troubles during this 3 days. I will not suggest any of my friend and relatives for samsung products.

        We were looking forward to purchase fully automatic washing machine Model no: WF8550NMS since 12.12.11. Jodhpur showroom persons have committed to arrange this model within 15 days and told to inform us as it was not available at that time. But more than one month has been passed and we have contacted them many times, but there approach is very casual all the time and there is still no confirmation. It is shockingly very poor & pathetic response from a renowned company like Samsung. It needs to improve drastically.

          As I am a SAMSUNG customer, I have a complaint concerning a SAMSUNG mobile I bought since 21st March 2011, with a (14 months which is written in red in Arabic ) guarantee. I enclose herewith the warranty paper, dated 18/12/ 2010. The SPEAKER of the phone needed some repair. The agent in Alexandria city ( Egypt ) refused to receive my PHONE unless I give him the invoice, and said that the warranty certificate is not enough.
          Please I need a solution for this PROBLEM , I think that Samsung overseas is honest enough to fulfill warranty against the customers.
          I think SAMSUNG have to protect reputation against Negative Advertising.

              Samsung — Defective LCD Monitor

              I happened to purchase 2 months before a Samsung LCD Moniter Synchmaster 2033 (20 inches) within a fortnight problems started with it as it used to display no cable connected even if everything was fine. I called up service center and they said they will replace the defective part, it has been a month till no response from them, I am really fed up and realise made a mistake by selecting Samsung, in addition it has caused me a lot of mental agoney of having to call up and wait for favourable response.

              Please suggest what do I need to do, I have few records of the chat I had with their customer service staff.

                I have a Samsung Galaxy R set it also had some problems from the very starting It gets restarted on its own... it is just 6 months old.. but earlier the occurring of the restarts was less which has now gradually increased

                Please let me know the replacement policy

                  During the time of purchase they have not provided me any international warranty.

                    Samsung Electronics — Samsung LCD not working

                    Hello,

                    We purchased a samsung 26 Inch LCD in the month of October 2010.We hardly used the LCD as we were travelling,but when we powered on the LCD in the month of January 2011 ,Display is not at all working.

                    I called up the call centre and raised a service ticket [protected] on January 14th.Service enginer came home on Jan 17th and checked the LCD and said that the Display needs to be changed. from then on I have no idea about what is happening on this case and struggling to get any information from contact centre.

                    I have called up the Contact centre atleast 10 times during the week and have not recieved any help from the authorities there.I tried to escalate the case within the centre by wanting to speak to a supervisor,but the supervisors never come on line either they are too busy or in a meeting.Each time I have called the contact centre I have been assured that the Supervisor call me back in two hours ,but have not recieved any call.

                    At once I was able to get hold of the supervisor with great difficulty,I was put on hold for 12 minutes.This was on thursday Jan 20th and he assured me that I would recieve a call same day in the evening and the LCD would be replaced or a refund would be provided.Till now I have no clue about the replacement or a refund or the replacement of the faulty part.

                    The entire experience in the contact centre has been frustrating.I as a consumer have made a wrong choice of buying a samsung LCD.there is absolutely no concern from the contact centre to serve a customer.I have been living without a TV for 10 days now for no fault of mine.It is very disgusting to recieve no response from the contact centre for so long.It has been a night mare with the contact centre.

                      My TV has some problem in the power supply, we called up the service fellow after 2 days he came, he opens the TV set and told that in 3 days he will fix the problem and it will again start. But its almost more than a week he haven't repaired that.

                      We are keep on calling him again and again and what all he is saying was he will give that tomorrow, now its being more than a week our TV set is not stared yet can any one on earth help me with that.

                      One thing to notice my TV is still in warranty period.
                      I have registered a complaint for repair of LED TV UA40D5003 BR No. 20343ZNBA01515K on 15/9/13 around 8 am through toll free number Complaint was registered and no. given was [protected].Despite contacting Samsung several times no one visited for Inspection till18/9/13.On 18/9 around 6pm service engineer came and informed that there is power problem and some parts need replacement which are not readily available. He told that it will take 3-4 days. Service Engineer had visited twice after that but without the required parts. On 3rd Oct he said that mother board is defective and he will arrange replacement from Chennai which will take another 7 days. Kolkata office as well as Delhi office assured that definitely by 10/10 TV will be repaired. Today on 10/10 also no body turned up &amp; on contacting Samsung I was told that I have to wait for 4/5 days more. My TV is out of order for last 25 days &amp; Samsung has not cared to get it repaired. This TV was purchased on 29/1/2012 and its speakers and panel have already been changed within warranty(free of cost) and now SMP and Mother Board are proposed to be changed at cost of around Rs.10000/-.Thus Samsung has not only sold me a substandard TV but is also not providing proper after sale service

                        i purchased samsung galaxy y,i am facing problem with battery back up.since this phone is 3g N 2g i get 4hours battery back on 3g and 5 hours on 3g.i wad informed this phone carries 12 hours battery back up.
                        secound concern is i sometime find no option in mobile for call end i tried several short cuts but call get stuck and it gets rectified only if i.restart my mobil.

                          I had purchased a 'Samsung Galaxy S2' mobile on 1st January 2012. Before buying i had read all the reviews about I9100 handset I felt good then and purchased it from PAI mobile in Bangalore. I was getting used to it for a week and noticed it was lagging when in use and mobile was hanging at some times. I had showed it to my colleague who is also a Galaxy S2 owner. When he compared with his he found that my model is infact I9100G not I9100! :(

                          I immediately checked the box and it was written as I9100 and IMEI number was same in the box and phone. I'm confused and felt cheated because there was no mention of I9100G model name anywhere in the box except you unpack and switch it on the phone and check by selecting 'About Phone'. Also the hardware was used in the I9100G is lower when compared to I9100. Especially when you play a 3D games my model is not good.

                          I actually wanted to buy I9100 and not I9100G.. Now I'm not sure how to exchange this model to I9100 because Samsung is not mentioning which box has actual I9100 model and all the box looks the same.

                          Samsung! I trusted you for once and all gone! Why did you guys do this India only? whereas in other Asian countries atleast it is mentioned in the box with correct model number. Moreover when you change the hardware, is it not fair to be highlighted and mentioned to the customer? rather than releasing it in the same name and cheating the customer?

                          Also people please guide me to what steps can I take to get the replacement for my phone with I9100 model?

                            I bought this phone on 6 January from pimpri. It was seal packed but when I opened it at home.. I found a crack in display and because of that small part of display was not working. I went to the shop from I bought the phone and told him everything them he told me to go to Samsung service center. . I went to the service center next day and told the problem about mobile but now they are not replacing it and said that the cell have to be repaired and it will cost rs.1200.
                            What should I do?? ?

                                2 years SAMSUNG LCD TV was working fine (bought it for around 35k)

                                Power Card Board was not working. So disply was not coming 9 SEP 2011.

                                Replaced by service center (Mylapore- Chennai) ( board + service 1200 + 400 = 1600 RS) TIPS = 150
                                TOTAL 1750.
                                BILL NO 12766

                                Service man gave hint that day itself. They will not replace this board if any problems comes within one months.

                                Surprise: yes. again display gone after 35 days.

                                My mistake : didn't call customer care immediately. (because sometime it was working)

                                21 Dec 2011 - Second time changed the same board. COST 1200 + 400 = 1600 (50 RS TIPS)

                                    I bought Samsung Galaxy gt-i9003 on may 2011, last 7 month i am using this mobile and the feature are good, but last 2 weeks I have face lot of problems in my mobile. please the below list of problem I face in my mobile

                                    1. The Back button and Menu button are some times not working
                                    2. The mobile process is very slow
                                    3. some time the head set is not Working
                                    4. frequent mobile hanging
                                    5. Flickering of screen at times

                                      I have bought samsung microwave over model no; C103 FL-5 on 27/01/2007. Recently it has stopped working. when it is switched on it shows E2 or E3 error and machine not starts. I complained about this in first week of December 2011. Service engineer from samsung customer center visited my house on 13/12/2011.he said that switch panel has to be changed and part is not available right now, please deposit Rs 275 as labor charge and i will change the parts later.Now the customer care is saying that part is not available in the company so we can not change the part. you can claim for refund of 10% of cost price from the company as compensation.
                                      I do not want to claim the compensation. I only want my microwave oven repaired. I am ready to pay for the parts.

                                        JUST AFTER 22 DAYS THE PICTURE IS NOT COMING.I CALL UP THE AUTHROSIED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE.THERE ENGR HAS CAME WITH TWO HOURS AND CHECKED THE TV AND HE FOUND THE DEFECT WITH LCD PANEL.I ASK HIM WHAT IS THE QUALITY PROVIDING BY SAMSUNG JUST AFTER 22 DAYS THE PANEL WILL GET FAIL. THEN HOW CAN WE TRUST THE LCD WILL RUN FOR LONG PERIOD.WITHIN A MONTH SO MAJOR DEFECT WHAT IS THE QUALITY SAMSUNG IS MANTAINING.I AM FULL UPSET WITH THE PRODUCT.AFTER INVESTING RS2800/- FOR A BRANDED COMPANY I AM GETTING THIS TYPE OF QUALITY THE IT WAS BETTER TO GO WITH SONY.I WAS USE SONY FOR LAST 4 YEARS I DID.NT GET ANY PROBLEM THINKING THE SAME I WAS PURCHASE THE SAMSUNG BUT MY DISSION WAS WRONG.

                                        Samsung LCD 32" TV — No installation even after 20 days

                                        I had purchased a Samsung LCD 32" TV from Sowndarya Digital Mall in Visakhapatnam on 16th June 2010 vide their bill no. 1852 for 34,500/-. The delivery was made same day and we were assured that company mechanic will come to install it next day. Even after 20 days and many calls we are only getting false assurances from the dealer and the company.

                                        It seems the Company is leasty bothered about after sales service.
