Have ordered the washing machine on 24th November 2021, estimated delivery date is 11th December 2021 (17 days). have been following up for last seven day's with samsung customer support for my order status, they confirmed that product will delivered on or before 11th December 2021, but today (11th Dec.) Currently stock is not available and it will take another 15 days.

    Payment done but order not placed, Samsung denies receiving payment.

    On Dec4, 2021, I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (Wi-Fi) (Blue) from Samsung Shop paid INR 24, 699 for it via PayTM. After payment, my transaction was successful. However, the Samsung Shop didn't confirm my order, and stated that the payment is awaited.     Respected Sir/Madam
    this is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Samsung SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR with 10 year compressor warranty in 2016. It was one of the best and latest models available at that time, so worth investing a huge amount of 70, 000 rs.
    after 3 years, it had a gas leakage issue, which was resolved by Samsung engineer. But now only after 6 years, it has stopped cooling all again. Open calling customer service, an engineer was appointed on 27th November 2021.
    Following that day, my refrigerator is OFF with the problem not being resolved. I am bearing loss on a daily basis by throwing a lot of eatables, all the content of deep freezer since that day.
    Though number of engineers visited, but no one could detect the exact issue and hence had no clear idea on how to proceed. Hot and trial method is going on since then with the flow of events as mentioned below
    28th nov: 1st visit, fridge closed, gas refill advised
    30th nov: 2nd visit, gas refill not required as there was no leakage. Rather nitrogen to be filled to check exact cause, probably rusting of body or some internal issue
    2nd December: 3rd visit, but the engineer didnt have nitrogen to fill
    5th december : 4th visit, nitrogen filled
    6th december: 5th visit, nitrogen level was fine, no there was probably no internal issue
    7th december: 6th visit: engineer comes to fill gas. Objected by me since gas fill has no use as there was no leakage detected at first place.
    8th december: 7th visit: engineer now fills nitrogen again, now in the lower chamber saying earlier only upper chamber was filled
    9th december:8th visit:engineer came to fill gas as the only resolve he had. welds the upper and lower chamber . but gas refilling could not be completed as he was hurt on hand.

    this is the flow of events, whereby the exact cause of ineffective cooling is not detected and with no solution, the only way is the just fill gas.
    Sir/Ma'am its really unprofessional from the company whereby the engineers just keep on giving different options with lack of communication and clear idea of problem resolution.Along with that its immense loss for the customer who after buying an expensive refrigerator, probable the best category of refrigerator fro a renowned international brand is throwing lot of eatables evey day . In 6 years of purchase this has happened which clearly indicates that the product is not having a long life and not a promising performance. I am not residing in an area with hihg concentration of sulphides which normally result in leakage. As a customer, I have full right to get exact resolution of any issue of product which is used as advised by the company. Filling gas this time means obviously its not the solution, but a way to just a temporary method with which the problem will reoccur again making me and my family face the same trouble all again.Now i need and demand a clear explanation on (A) What if the problem reoccurs again since the treatment is done without diagnosis of problem. (B) Am i supposed to just keep on spending my money ...first in an expensive refrigerator and then on its inefficiency (C) What is the expected life of the refrigerators made by the company (D) How can the consumer contribute towards longevity of the product.

    Hope you go through the entire issue, understand the torture faced by consumed and act on it appropriately.

      I am disaappointed when my samsung a50 motherboard was gone.just aty 18 months for no reasons.

      my reliability upon samsung is spoiled. service people says it would cost 9k and there is no guarentee for it surivival

        Hi i just got the call from your " FINAL DECISION MAKING TEAM " if so this team exists please authorize from your side and t aslo authorize that they are telling that " WE DON'T HAVE PEOPLE TO ANSWER IF IT IS ASM OR REGIONAL MANAGER ALSO, AS THEY AS ARE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS WHO LOOK AFTER THE SERVICE CENTER " .they spoke to me that we gave you solution by the final decision making team member "NIVETHA", if your not happy with that solution or way of talking you can only give the feedback to me.i spoke with the NIVETHA ANSWERABLE PERSONNEL CALLED " SURAJ " he addressed him self like that .aslo told that "IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH NIVETHA YOU HAVE TO REPORT ME . He aslo told that " AS PER WARRANT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE CAN NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE HIGHER OFFICIAL O[censored]S OR ASM OR REGIONAL MANAGER" .I simply asked them to where so this rules is explained in WARRANT and terms and conditions document for that no answer and we gave all details thanks for calling and cut the call.AS PER SUPPORT TEAM I NEED THE ABOVE GIVEN DATAS ARE GENUINE .PLEASE AUTHORIZE THESE DATAS AS SOON as possible.

          Dear sir,

          My TV is under refund process and same month i did extend my Samsung TV warranty, my tv refund amount is received but my extend warranty not received yet. when i call to same customer of MD Gulzar he say do anything this amount is not refunded, first of all is language is very rude to take any customer like this.

          Second i want to refund my amount of extend warranty because this warranty is not use for me.

              Hi,

              This is regarding service made in Care Point, Bangalore on Samsung s20 fe 5g on warranty repair. The phone was bought and after a month the super charging feature was not working properly and type c port had issues. I brought to samsung authorized service center. They changed the port at the end of the day. Phone was functional and everything was good until. When I was boarding the bus during rain fall my phone got wet and due to poor sealing and IP68 non-compliance after service, water entered inside phone and screen was not functional. The phone was clearly IP68 as other S series phones. I gave for re-service yesterday under same service number.

              1. Is IP68 compliance and testing done after authorized repair under 'QC testings' as per the factory made standards? If this is the case, then everything should have gone well.
              2. If not, then it's better for the replacement than to repair in case of manfacture defect.
              3. And I still hadn't got any acknowledgment on my samsung members page.

              I am writing this in advance so that proactive measures can be taken. Kindly take this into consideration and I will be updating the status then and there on forum about the repair.

                Samsung M31s Restarting and Freezing automatically

                14 month old Samsung M31s smartphone stopped working suddenly giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Tried factory reset and issue is still same. I saw most of the M31s user is facing the same issue after 10-15months o[censored]se.                 Dear Samsung Support team,

                I am writing this mail with highest regret that my order#[protected] was placed on 28-Oct-2021 and was about to deliver on 05-Nov-2021.

                I would like to understand the reason for such a long delay and no prompt response in last 12 days despite so many follow ups.

                In the very first instance, I was told that due to the festive season the orders are getting delayed. Later I was told that it is because of the availability of stock.

                I was given Delhivery AWB number for tracking my order from samsung Support team. While check the shipment status on Delhivery, it is showing that the Shipment Pick up was scheduled for 4 times and your servic partner didn't handed over physical shipment so Delhivery cancelled the pick up order request.

                Contradictory, It is shown on Samsung Shop app that order is accepted and packed. To cross verify availability of stock, when I am putting fresh order on Samsung Shop App for the same SKU, it is not showing 'Out of Stock' notice which implies that stock is available with Savex Technology - your partner.

                Please refer to the below screenshots for your kind reference.

                Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

                If required, kindly cancel the above order and issue fresh coupon Code to redeem the Bezels.

                    Hi,

                    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31 phone about 1 years back, on 26th Oct 2020 (I've attached the amazon invoice). My phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Bill No-[protected]) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, at least, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8k for the motherboard replacement.. This is totally unfair to loyal customers and not providing quality products to customers. I am planning to raise a complaint consumer court also since many customers are facing this problem and not getting a solution and proper response from the company.

                    Please provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

                      My TV was having back light problem so I contact to Diva Electricals & Refrigeration, Nashik which is the official service center of Samsung. I need to call them several time then they accepted my request and resolved my issue but after 1 week same issue occurred. So again I contacted them then they started ignoring me. After 1 month they came and look into the problem but again new problem occurred from there side as dust patches where there on the screen. Service from them is very much dissatisfactory. Its been 2 months I have not received my bill or invoice as I have paid all the amount as they have charged for the problem. I have experienced worst customer service from any service center before.

                          Firstly I would like to introduce myself as a Samsung customer for the last 20 years and I hardly had to visit your service center as I believe that Samsung is a reputed brand which provides quality products to its customers. and I always thought that Samsung has a very good network of after-sales services.
                          I purchased 50 Inch Tv in the month of Oct 2020. unfortunately, the tv stopped functioning on 28th Sept 2021 ( the reason is still unknown to me as to date no service engineer has visited or inspected the TV). without being inspected what is the problem am I am told in a few days that PCB for my TV is ordered. further, after about 20-25 days after I put a tweet @samsungindia, I am being called by several people that my service request would be attended soon and the TV would be replaced with a new one as the part is unavailable.
                          Local service center lady named Tejaswini reddy with contact Number [protected] says I am the head of Goa service center and she will resolve it soon and collects my personal information like invoice details & photos of TV with serial number and informs me that I will get a call within 2-3 days. surprisingly I don''t get any calls for the next 10-12 days. when I called back her on 5th Oct 2021 she irresponsibly and denies identify me at first and later rudely says she has done her part of work and informed me not to call her and call toll-free number[protected].
                          on 8th Nov 2021, I receive a call from Mr. AZAD with Mobile Number [protected], he informs me that replacement is not possible as the company has stopped manufacturing model UA50TUE60AKXXL and i would be given refund for the same and again collects my personal information that is my bank details in the form of a photocopy of the cancelled cheque. informs me that i will get verification call in 2-3 working days. but unfortunately no call is received till date and when enquired upon Mr. Azad he informs me to call toll free number.

                          Further to this i drop a mail to Ceo samsung india on 18th nov 2021. I receive call from some Miss or Mrs Mansi informing that DD will be issued in 7-8 working day but till date no one is informing anything about this and the complaint remains unsolved.

                          This is an extremely sad situation for me where a 20-year-old trust and customer satisfaction is broken and turns me into a frustrated unsatisfied customer who paid the premium price over other economical brands misthinking that brand and premium price will give me quick after-sales service.

                          I wish to inform you that my service request [protected] dated 29th Sept 2021 is still unattended and no resolution is provided to me.

                            I had parked in cart a smart tv and after a while i got a call from samsung to proceed with the ordering - while ordering 100% advance taken with commitment for delivery on 1st december 2021 and installation completion on 2nd december 2021. On 29th november 2021, a invoice was generated by savex technologies with courier name delhivery and also with a docket refrence. I was tracking with the given docket reference on the courier website which was showing as "wrong reference number". I did not receive the product on 1st december 2021 and at 7pm when i was calling samsung, they informed it will take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the issue. Note the word used is "resolve". I had repeatedly called on 2nd december 2021, 3rd decemeber 2021, 4th december 2021 and still am getting same reply will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs. I had chats with samsung, i had spoken with 'n' no. Of people - but still not resolved.

                                Order No.[protected] - at the time of booking, committed for delivery on 1st Dec 2021 and taken 100% advance. Now no one is responding from Samsung. When I was chatting with Samsung that I wanted to CANCEL the order, they are informing that it will take 7 to 10 days to refund my money. Unfair - while booking you take 100% upfront and while cancellation why should I wait for 10 days ? If you are not in a able to fulfil commitments, do not book orders. As per tracking of my order, Invoice generated on 29/11/21 and packing also done - but physical movement not done till date. Why give false commitments ?

                                    I have purchased Samsung 230L refrigerator on 26.07.21 from flipkart. I was having faith on Samsung brand, which is shattered after a series of interactions with customer care representatives from then onwards. I have received a faulty product, for which freezer compartment is working abnormally. Asked for online support and they have misguided me saying that its due to monsoon season and problem will disappear gradually. I used to buy ice cream and other frozen foods in bulk. All of the items kept inside the freezer section rotten and incurred huge loss. Then i understood that this is a serious problem and started continously calling customer care from 1st week of sep'21 onwards. My last complaint raised on 01.11.21 and it is yet to resolve. Since i was continuously following up, even without rectification of problem, they have closed my complaint. Immediately i have called them and informed. Even today also i have contacted them. Everytime they used to give false promises and never resolve my problem. If Samsung is unable to repair a brand new product, then please replace with another piece. As you are aware refrigerator is an essential home appliance in this covid situation. I am diabetic and used to store Insulin injection in refrigerator. Please resolve my long pending compliant.
