LET US ANALYSE WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME OF THE ESCALATIONS BELOW. I GOT A CALL ON 12-JAN FROM GURGAON AND GOT ASSURANCE THAT MY CONCERNS WILL BE TAKEN CARE. THEN I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM MYLAPORE CHENNAI OFFICE WHERE VIDHYA CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT AC WILL BE REPLACED IN NEXT 25 DAYS AS BEING THE PART OF THE NORMAL PROCEDURE. I AM REALLY SURPRISED THAT NO ACTIONS ARE TAKEN EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS VERY CONCERNED.
MY BIG QUESTION IS WHY THE AC CANNOT BE REPLACED QUICKER THAN THE NORMAL PROCEDURE?
ARE MY CONCERNS TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND ON TOP PRIORITY?
THE MORE BIGGEST CONCERN IS THAT NOBODY FOLLOWS UP PROPERLY TOWARDS IT’S RESOLUTION?
NO PROPER COMMUNICATION IS PROVIDED ANY POINT OF TIME? BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE WASTED AROUND Rs.100 IN FOLLOWUPS CALLS SEVERAL TIMES.

I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN COOLING UNIT. THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME HAS BEEN ORDERED AND AC WOULD BE DELIVERED IN NEXT 10 DAYS. I GOT A CALL ON 6-JAN-09 AND SHIVA TECHNICIAN FROM WORSHOP CAME AND TOOK THE AC INVOICE. TODAY I.E. 9-JAN-09 THE WORKSHOP PEOPLE DROPPED THE AC AT MY HOME WITHOUT DOING ANY REPAIRS AND TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REPLACED.
WHEN I CALLED SHIVA KUMAR(WORKSHOP) AT [protected] AND GOT NO PROPER TIMELINE FOR THE REPLACEMENT. IT APPEARED THAT EVRYONE IS TRYING TO PLAY SAFE GAME MAKING ME FOOL. I GOT PRASHANT’S NO WHO WORKS IN SAMSUNG AND IS INCHARGE OF REPLACEMENT. I CALLED HIM AT HIS MOBILE NO [protected] AND GOT THE INFORMATION THAT AC WOULD BE REPLACED IN NEXT 2 WEEKS. HAVE A DONE A BIG MISTAKE BY BUYING SAMSUNG AC AND WHY SHOULD I SUFFER BY WAITING ANOTHER 1 MONTH FOR REPLACEMENT? I ALSO CALLED CALL CENTER AT[protected] AND SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR PRADEEP. HE TOLD THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE ON TOP PRIORITY AND CALL ME BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES. TILL NOW HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. THESE CLEARY REFLECTS

Hello,
I had bought Samsung 1 Ton split AC AS12J on 20-sep-08. I have recently encountered a major problem on 18-Dec where the AC stopped providing cooling effect. I called Service call number[protected] on 19-Dec-09. After 4 reminders with follow-ups, service person came on 20-Dec at 12.15pm. He cleaned the filter and left telling that it is a COMPRESSOR problem and advised me to call[protected]. I called the customer care[protected] and logged complain on 20-Dec at 12.30pm. Complain number [protected] was provided. Again sending repetitive reminders by calling[protected] around 5 times, the technician contacted me on 22-Dec at 10.40am. He called from another customer care number[protected]. After rigorous follow up from them again, the technician came on 22-Dec at 3pm. He also left within 5 minutes without giving me proper explanation. When asked several times, he communicated me in tamil stating that somebody else will come in 2 days to look as this being a GAS LEAK problem. Even the AC has to be taken for repair for some days. I request you to answer my question below and act immediately:
· I have suffering a lot for the last 4 days without AC’s cooling effect, may I know who is responsible for that?
· If there is gas leak problem in AC, why the AC cannot be replaced immediately?
· When the proper communication is not provided by technician?
· Is this the proper service provided by Samsung?
I would like to escalate this issue at utmost high priority level. Resolution is expected immediately.

This is to inform you that I have Got connection of Tata Teleservices on 12th May-08 against Tatateleservices Invoice no[protected]/dated 12.05.08, delivery no[protected] dated 12.05.08. with SAMSUNG Mobile Phone SCH-S259 Bliss, SKU code[protected].
I am facing problem of voice audibility by receiver end and regarding the complain details of my visit to your care Center given below
1. First time I have visited SAMSUNG Customer care in Aug-08 and they have replaced Mike of the phone but still problem was not solved.
2. Second time I have visited SAMSUNG Customer care in 17th Oct-08 and they have done repairing but not satisfactory.
3. Third time I have visited customer care with same problem in 20th Nov-08 and got set back after 10days without solving the problem. I have taken delivery on 1st dec-08, based on communication and confirmation from Mr Maninder that I have got approval and it will be replaced within week.
4. Based on request from Mr Maninder hand set with charger was handed over to SAMSUNG Customer care on 5th Jan-09 against work order no 9AP0501 for getting replacement.
Same complain was reported several time but no permanent solution given to the problem, due to pathetic product & service of SAMASUNG I have suffered, Mentally, professionally, economically & physically (throat problem). I have been ditched by SAMSUNG. & had worst experience of service in my life till date and all credit goes to SAMSUNG.
Its my lost request to you before going for legal proceeding, for replacement of the particular set by other model(I will not except same model at any cost), within 20th Jan-09. For your reference details of all communications are enclosed herewith.
Note”- I have copy of all jab orders for my record as well as for the use in future purpose. I understand that particular model was having design problem due to that it was taken out from the market.
