[Resolved] Samsung India — Bad behaviour of attendant in customer care | |||
Dear Samsung team, I have submitted my mobile to Mayuresh cervice centre for hard home key and service executive said that it will take a couple of days for repair . Its all good at service centra, when I called at customer care on[protected], then a guy started asking me, what service centre said about it, are you calling from JIO no and in bad way and not able to give proper solution and vaguely said that it will take 10 to 15 days in service centre, when I ask for expected time of closure then he started saying me that I should talk with service centre people, if this then whats the use of customer care and what status they are carrying .
