[Resolved] Samsung India — Bad Mobile phone Samsung J2 | |||
Hi All, I, Sachin Kakkar has purchased one new Samsung J2 mobile phone from one of the franchises in Janakpuri (New Delhi). Since day one I am facing issues with this product. I've reached out to customer service center many times but no good. This mobile phone is a trouble or you can say a pain area when it comes to make or receive a call. Particular this hand set is a problem as I have 2 other Samsung phones as well which I am using from last 2 years with no issues and concerns. Engineer from service center has tried all possible steps to fix the issue, starting from re-installing the software to replacement o mother board but again no good. I here by request you to please suggest the next action as the device is under warranty and only 6 months old. Was this information helpful? | |||
