[Resolved] Samsung India — bad quality of your product. | |||||
I am nishant and purchased samsung phone samsung j4+ (32 gb) on 7 nov-18 for diwali gift for my father. Within a month we facing auto restart problem and one day not on. I plug to charger but still not on. Then i visit to asc in rampur on 20 - dec-18 and they submitted my phone and said that you leave now and will check and update. He call me in evening said that your will be repaired in out of warranty. I am asking why and he is said that motherboard burn. My concern is, i am always charge my phone your charge. Why its happen its mean you product quality is very bad. Then i approach to samsung care and email department but no one response and not resolve. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
