Samsung India — Bad service

I had samsung j2 mobile which i had submit for reparing as my handset was total dead.
It was submit at ghatkopar east samsung service center.
They were not very helpful
On 1 of july i had submit there and they had not given me any response they just making excuse that there is batter fault or panel fault.
When i collet my mobile phone they had not fixed any screw on that it was open

Updated by yogesh dibu after 15 days they told me that it will cost 5200 rs to repair my phone as they have to change the mother board. they had not open my phone in front of me they just tell that there is water lodging. they said that there tech guy is on holiday. will come next week and day when went there office they inform me that tech guy is on the way and i wait there for an hour. they told that they will call me but they had never call me back
