[Resolved] Samsung India — battery not available in company for samsung galaxy s7 | |||
I want to replace my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) battery.So I visited service center and asked them to replace it. But they told me that the battery isn't available in the company. Also they asked me to call them every week to check the availability of battery. I called them so many times and got the same answer that it isn't available in the company yet. .Also why can't Samsung provide a battery for a flagship model which is only 4 years old.The phone battery got swollen and due to this the back panel of phone got detached from it.The battery is in a very critical condition and can damage the device if not replaced. I want battery for my phone as soon as possible.I believe Samsung would give me a positive reply and provide me a battery. Was this information helpful? | |||
