[Resolved] Samsung India — behaviour of the employees | |||
I visited the samsung service centre for an exchange of charger which was under warranty. The civil lines, moradabad center made me visit them atleast 6 times and ultimately rejected to exchange, even though i had the bill. I had to visit delhi, and then finally they exchanged my charger with great satisfaction. Pathetic staff here in moradabad. Was this information helpful? | |||
