Samsung India — Bill not provided for repair

Hi I had got my refrigerator repaired through one of the authorised service centers in jamnagar (ref no [protected] and [protected]) but they are not providing any bill even after paying the full repair charges. I highlighted it to samsung management but they are also giving me a run around since last two months. I need to escalate the issue because the service centers are fooling consumers. After almost 25 conversations with samsung management i am raising this issue with consumer forum because I believe that they are not taking things seriously. gunjan sinha mob [protected]\[protected]
