I booked a Samsung S9+ With confirmed cash back of 49000 on my new phone. My old phone I.e note 8 was being taken by the store manager itself for 43150 and through HDFC bank rs 6000 cash back was affirmed but due to a samsung server error the cash back thing could not be done and I was told to pay 2000 more despite of an additional pre booking amount of 2000 which had already been paid.
Why should I suffer a loss of my hard earned money for a technical difficulty faced by the company itself. And the store staff behaved in a very non-cooperative manner.
Store name is Adidev international Samsung smart cafe located in sector 22 Chandigarh. With all due respect I want this complaint to be registered and strict action to be taken against the faculty of the store.
