[Resolved]  Samsung India — Brand new Galaxy J7 mobile is dead.

I got samsung galaxy J7 mobile on June 26 2016 at Bangkok airport.
In the month of september 2016 the mobile automatically turned off even when there was full charge.I restarted the phone and it worked. This continued 4-5 times the same month and everytime after restarting the phone worked.

In October a fine day the mobile was completely dead. I tried charging restarting several times i didnt work at all. I was in complee shock as it is brand new phone and i was not even aware of the reason.

I called the customer service 3-4 times and the only reply from agents was,
"Mam please take your moile to bangkok for service" is the way you answer someone. Just disguisting people are in customer care who doeant know what to talk and they simply follow the useless scripts.If i can go Bangkok and service it, why cant i get a better phone in India i can get 6-7 mobiles here right.????

I took it 10-12 service centers in Bangalore with the warranty the reply was just international warranties are not accepted.
Finally there was a service centre who agreed to do it with a fee charge.
I was ok to pay and wanted them to investigate they replied there is a problem in motherboard and the replacement should arrive from the mobile purchased place and they gave me the phone back.

Finally im just fed up and irritated still today. Im a I phone user form 2010 and i just wanted to try samsung for a change and finally only disappointments and regrets. My Iphone is still working and im using it now as well. Samsung never expected in 2 months the phone will die.

Im ready to take this any level if there is no proper service or response from samsung.

Its been more than 6 months im struggling with this issue. The orginal cost of the phone when i purchased was 17k and samsung is ready to offer service for 12k.

Would someone take up this option?
I would rather get a new mobile right?
Its very clear there seems to be some manufacturing defect and i should be paid to recitfy this. Ridiculous. Everywhere samsung phones are exploding or there is manfutacuring defect. Never expected this from such big brand #calledso . I wouldnt recomend anyone of you to purchase samsung mobiles. They are worst of all. Worse than other normal brands.

However if samsung wouldnt replace my new phone i would like to take this legally further.
