Samsung India — Cannot repair or exchange my hands free | |||
Hello sir, i have purchase new samsung galaxy a5 on 18 october 2015, and after some time my handfree create problem and i am going to samsung service centren they can cheat me and give me another phone handfree and i dint know that hanfree of other phone. now my handfree again create problem and cannot work then i go to another samsung service centre and they refuse my complaint to exachange the handfree on ground of that reason that is this handfree of another phone. plese help me as soon as possible.
