Dated 10th may i received my phone with screen replacement from samsung service center (Hcl services ltd) vikas puri. Call # [protected] set serial #r28h91hl6gx.
Phone was received with different color screen (Not gold), when complained i was convinced that its gold screen not any other.
A week later alike every other confident owner of water resistant phone i picked up call with wet hands and in few minutes the phone turned off and never got switched on. Dated 24th may, 2017 i complained back to same service center but they denied reckless, careless repair of phone as wasn’t sealed properly. It was evident that staff knew it at first place that repair wasn’t efficient and phone wasn’t sealed properly or tested post repair, thus was handed it over to me insignificantly. My loss is loss of confidence of every samsung customer who choose samsung technology over other leading companies. I have pictures of samsung parts and back cover which clearly state that there is no super technology behind samsung phone claiming water resistance but mere gumming down back cover which is open to human repair limits of samsung service center.
Despite all i believe in samsung technology but i truly belief that its human error of resource of repaired my phone and didn’t fix phone well which lead to leak in phone. It was duly informed at the time of recieval of phone that i don’t find it fixed properly as back cover seemed loosen plus that screen color replaced doesn’t match back cover or my phone.
