[Resolved] Samsung India — cashback not credited... fake offer | |||||
I ordered samsung gear s3 on emi on credit card from samsung estore. My order id #[protected] Its been 3 months and i didn't receive my cashback on credit card emi. When i purchased it on emi it mentioned the interest will be received back on credit card within 90 days and till now it has been not credited back. I have attached a image below. When contacted samsung support 3 times didn't get the response and after writing to samsung india ceo desk. Got a callback from senior customer care executive mentioned on phone that i am not eligible. But no where they have replied on email that i am not eligible. I have attached screenshot while making payment where it shows i am eligible for cashback. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Nobody tried to contact me. I already given them order id thru which they could have contacted me.
