[Resolved] Samsung India — charging for mobile repair s7 edge which is in full warranty | |||
Dear samsung, I have been using samsung devices for a long time so i decided to purchase s7 edge phone. With in few days i noticed some problem in display i took it to the service center they refused to replace it and ready to repair and they repaired it after some days i was coming home on bike and in rain my phone got wet but when company claims that phone can survive 1.5 meter water for 30 min how this phone could get out of order from small drops of rain might be when they repaired first time they left some loop holes for the set and now they are asking 14000 to repair it. Please it bieng only one month since i purchased please provide some solution for this i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
