[Resolved] Samsung India — Company is not attending repair request of led tv under warranty | |||
I had purchased samsung led tv (model no. ua32f5100armxl & sr. no. 23473znd802017r) from ciba electronics jamnagar on 21/10/2015. Screen of said tv had suddenly gone blank on 16/10/2016 & repair request was logged on same day with product request no : [protected]. After two days samsung service engineer visited my house & told me that led panel of tv is damaged and needs to be replaced which would take 3 to 4 days. After three days i called samsung service engineer (mr. deeman, mobile no. [protected]) & was informed that tv is out of warranty & replacing panel will cost me 15 to 20k rupees. Afterwards i called ciba electronics & subsequently this warranty issue was resolved & tv was declared as covered under warranty. panel replacement was guaranteed to be completed in 4 days. Now on 28th october i had to again logged complain with samsung with product request no : [protected] as there was no reply from service centre. After seeing no response i had mailed samsung care on 1st november & on 2nd november received a call from them with service engineer in line where i was promised by both of them that the t. v would be ready latest by 08th november (mail copy attached). Till date & after almost a month the issue is not resolved. i have listened number of stories every time i contact samsung care or samsung service engineer who do not even reply properly. We went to service center given complaint on the date of 2/11/2016 Samsung j7 battery dead plz take the action on them in patamata, vijayawada .
