I have purchased my Samsung Mobile "J26" on 18 September 2016 .The display has been not working properly.I have gone to Customer care office regarding issue & they have told me that we have to pay for these.The mobile have not physically defected but also they are not repairing the phone.I have complaints many times to the customer care but they are not responding properly.The samsung have committed that they will provide the services 1 year.But i am not getting the samsung services as warranty.
Very Bad Commitment of Samsung.
I am a tea seller & mine all works has been stopped because of these issue.
