Dear Sir This is to inform you that I purchased the Samsung j5 mobile from Varanasi on dated 16/10/15 vide SL no RZSG91574EX and IMEI NO [protected].i submitted the phone at Samsung service centre at Dehri on sone work order no [protected] dated 26/8/16.i have submitted all documents like (original bill bank details Adhar card head phone charger mobile box) Also note we have so many times contact with service centre and customer care regarding this matter, but till now we have no any response from your end this matter already 21days passed.
