[Resolved] Samsung India — complain about the responsibility | |||
I purchased a 43inches samsung led tv on 18thoct and i called the service centre for the installation at 5:35pm, they said engineers wil be there as soon as possible. I waited the full evening and again when i called they told it wil be done for sure on the next day which was diwali, the full day noone came and again when i called on 20th they informed that it will be done on 22nd. I m seriously frustrated, and wanna replace the tv with some company where i can get good and immediate service. Was this information helpful? | |||
