[Resolved] Samsung India — complaining about refrigerator faulty cooling | |
Here i m dr.rahul ramesh chaudhari from nashik, maharashtra..i purchased my samsung refrigerator on date 25th august 2017...now 7 mths completed up to date...my customer care reference number is [protected].refrigerator is single door having model number RP24M289YR2. and product serial number is OAAP4ZAJ800217R of 230 lit. capacity. i registered my complaint to customer care on 17th april 2018 about cooling system fault, they send engineer..he told that we have to change coil and refilling gas in it. up to date no one contact with us about it. MY REFRIGERATOR IS WITHIN A WARRENTY PERIOD.plz take complaint seriously and give a proper solution. Was this information helpful? | |
