[Resolved] Samsung India — Complaint about bluetooth | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased the samsung company blue tooth vide no.BHM17001DECIMV on dated 3.5.2016 which is under warranty for 6 months. I have given the same to your service center ( Dev Service, Jaihind Char rastha, Maninagar) on 28.6.2016 due to some less sound problem. They have checked the same and found the problem but they could not solve it and agreed to replace it within 4 days. After 4 days I contact them but that time they told me that the IC of blue tooth had broken. Sir, this is to inform you that I have given the bluetooth to them in good condition and they have checked it and confirm to replace when I handover it to them. But after 4 days they have damaged the blue tooth body also and accept it to replace. After my various talks with so many persons since last 20 days, I am not getting any proper reply or service.
