Samsung India — Complaint about split air conditioner | |||
I Purchased my Samsung Air conditioner Model No AS183BBFNSTL on 25.02.2012 . Respite having timely servicing done by the company, in April 2015, it has been been told to us that, there is a problem of gas leakage & the machine had to be taken to workshop. It was taken to workshop ( Authorised Service Center Nice Cooling, Kolkata) on 21.04.2015 & the problem diagnosed by them was condenser coil leakage . They charged me Rs 7, 463/- & told us that everything has been checked properly & whatever servicing needed was done & it was reinstalled on 28.04.2015 Yesterday I booked for normal servicing & the engineer from Samsung told us that they will not do the servicing as there is still the problem of gas leakage . I made a compliant at 4.00pm at toll free no (Complaint No [protected] dt 12.03.2016, Ref no - [protected]) It was told to me that the service center will call me by 8 pm. As no call was received yeaterday today morning at 9.50 am I again lodged the compliant & it was again told to me that I will definitely get their call by today. till now ( 5.52 pm ) I have not received any call from company's end. My only question is is this a reward Samsung is giving us for choosing their brand to purchase !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
