We bought a Refrigerator from Samsung of Rs. 100000 on 21st May 2018. On the same day we registered for a service of our Samsung Air Conditioner. This man Monashir Alam visited us on 27.05.2018 & started doing the AC services. He Said that he had left his Billing Invoice so he gave a rough estimate on a piece of paper and Charged us Rs. 3500 on the name of Various Services but on a promise that he will provide us with a bill the very next day. We were unable to check our AC working condition due to a power cut. But after the power restored the AC WAS NOT WORKING. We tried to call him on his personal mobile but no reply was made.
