My name is sandeep singh, i submitted my samsung phone at your okhla service center for repair 25/4/2016, but till now i don't receive my phone and not even get positive response from customer care and also from service center, when i call on customer care they told me that ask from service center, now i got fed up, i am not able to handle anymore. even i deposited my all documents as service center team required but till now i didn't receive any response.


Samsung is a eminent brand and knowing for its services on time, i expect get it done by Today
