[Resolved] Samsung India — complaint against engineer mr. rajendra | |||
I have purchased a semsung led on 18th sept., 2018 from m/s govindam enterprises, shivpuri-d, jhotwara, jaipur-302012. Two lines are displaying on my led screen. I have compalint about this on feb 10, 2019. Vide complaint no. [protected]. An engineer has come and check the led. The behave is not proper of your engineer. His name is rajendra and his mob. No. Is [protected]. I provide him the copy of invoice of led. He assur me that your complain will solve about 7-10 days. But my led is repair till date. When i call the custmer care. I know that my complaint is rejected. I asked the reason. The reply is "you have provide the document" i have provide proper document to engineer mr. Rajendra. It seems that he has not report properly. Pl. Solve my complaint as early. Otherwise i must chose second option. Was this information helpful? | |||
