[Resolved] Samsung India — Complaint against SAMRAT SERVICES, Bangalore. | |||||
Before I start with my grievance, I would like to know that after such pathetic experience I had with Samsung call center & the appointed service contractor, I am no more having patience to bear such behavior. This message of mine is the last hope for me and if I don't get prompt solution from here then I will be forced to give my quality time to give some inconvenience to Samsung as well, at the end customer can’t be taken granted, hope you will agree as you are also customer to someone. 13th of Aug, my Samsung RT25RV had issue with cooling, 14th of Aug I registered the complaint ( [protected]). Technician SAYEED from SAMRAT SERVICE visited my house and checked the Timer and left saying that he will come back to check but he did not turned up, even not picked up my phone, so once again I called to Samsung toll number to know the status of my complaint but surprisingly complaint was closed by SAMRAT SERVICES. Once again I registered the new complaint ([protected]) on 22nd Aug. After several calls to Samsung toll free no, finally on 25th of Aug one more technician “JAMES” attended my refrigerator. Based on his inspection he informed that "GLASS HEATER" has gone and as this is 8 year old refrigerator, thus, parts not available and had closed the complaint, during his visit I was not at home, hence, I did not see what exactly he checked but today I had asked a private service person to check the refrigerator and you will surprise to know actually the GLASS HEATER ( I have seen by my eyes) was perfectly fine but the BIOMETAL & TIMER is having issue due to which cooling issue is there. After knowing this, once again I called the SAMSUNG TOLL FREE and registered a new complaint and also got the SAMRAT SERVICES contact details from SAMSUNG website. I called Mr.Ashok of SAMRAT SERVICES, his contact details are mentioned on your website. I apprise him about his technician visit and my findings but he indecently said to me to get the refrigerator service by someone else as he will not send anyone to my house for service, even regardless of registered complaint to Samsung toll free no. After this conversation, I once again called Samsung toll free no to inform them about how SAMRAT service behaved with me and requested Samsung customer care to appoint some other service contractor to resolve my complaint but they denied to do so. The cost of bio metal & timer will not be more than 1000 Rs but your people are pushing me to purchase new refrigerator which will not cost lesser then 15 to 16K, for sure even at the end if I have to buy, at least after this experience I will turn to any product of Samsung. If a reputed company like Samsung has so poor ethics and pathetic post sales services then it does not make sense to tie once again relation with this brand. Now, pls tell me what do I need to do? Should I throw the refrigerator outside as it is still not repaired, in non working condition and no one is coming to repair it from Samsung despite of several complaints or will you help to resolve this issue at the earliest? Sorry to say this but the kind of inconvenience I have gone through for last 10 days, I am really fed up. I am promising you that I will make sure that you also feel the pain I have gone through as a customer of yours. Today world is very small and visible to all, I hope you understand what I mean.
