[Resolved] Samsung India — complaint against samsung service centre staff at kantatoli, ranchi. | |||
The complaint redressal authority, Samsung india. I write this mail to highlight the unprofessionalism inefficiency, laidback attitute of the service centre staff deputed at samsung service centre, kantatoli, ranchi. This incident is dated 7th march 2020. I happened to visit the samsung service centre at 2 : 10 pm and did not find anybody in the office (Customer area), however people were sitting inside the service centre staff room but no body bothered to come out and inform that they will be attending the customers in a while. I came to know from the nearby shops that it was their lunch time 2 :00 pm to 3 :00 pm... So i decides to wait till 3 : 00 pm as it was my mistake that i came during their lunch hour. At 3: 17 pm, a service centre guy comes out of the staff room to attend the customers... There was already a customer waiting before me so i started waiting for my turn. Other service centre satff were still chit chatting inside the staff room... However when i enquired for any other staff member to attend to my issue, i was told that the others are on leave... I waited till 4:30pm for my turn. My phone software was getting handged. The service centre staff said, i first need to get my data transferred to some other phone only they they would format the system. If i could access my phone i would have transferred it in the first instance and then only would have brought it... Nevertheless i asked the service guy to format it but atleast ensure that the contact numbers are entact. The guy took my phone inside the staff room, came back in 10 minutes and said that he cannot save the contact numbers as well and that too will get deleted on formatting. I came back home... Went through some resolutions mentioned on google and managed to format the phone while keeping the entire phone memory entact.. Does this imply that the service centre is full of incapable staff or samsung has employed people who do not wish to work at all due to lack of monitoring!!! I guess due to lack of accountability and absence of any manager in the service centre... The staff have become reluctant in their approach... They know that just by marking their daily attendence, their salary will be paid... Working is not important in this service centre!
